My sister saw me watching S1 and was like "it's better than S2!@#" soo Backlog. I honestly love the game. As for arc III and IV, it´s pretty good, despite what people might say Quote

PrIncess MaRs Posted March 16, 2016 Posted March 16, 2016 I'm currently watching Elfen Lied and Nichijou Quote
Mr Poltroon Posted March 16, 2016 Posted March 16, 2016 Currently watching Amagi Brilliant Park. I've thought this could be something I'd enjoy for a while now - it's time to confirm it. Edit1: Yes! Non-moronic reaction to a girl inside your bathroom. You do not stop and gape. You are not left petrified. You do not start spouting nonsense. You immediately close the door and that's that. Leaf Posted March 17, 2016 Posted March 17, 2016 Watched 5 episodes in a row of CardCaptor Sakura, didn't get the robust card catching action in ep.16 and ep.18, which was kinda disappointing! Though loved the episodes which introduced Meiling, I like here already. BTY 11 hours ago, Tiagofvarela said: Yes! Non-moronic reaction to a girl inside your bathroom. You do not stop and gape. Aw, but were's the fun in that, most anime comedy gold is built on moronic reactions to pervy stuff. Quote

Eclipsed Posted March 18, 2016 Posted March 18, 2016 Date a Live was good, nothing to feel shame from. I need to get watching DxD myself. How many seasons are there now? Quote

Eclipsed Posted March 18, 2016 Posted March 18, 2016 You need to get shot, but Kotori was indeed compelling Quote

What's, uh, your overall opinion on DxD's "story" and "plot" so far To be honest it's not that bad a story and it's pretty funny. iv been watching it dubbed and i find it a lot funnier that way. the dub isn't that bad but at first it's a little weird. there is a little too much fan service in my opinion but other then that i find it entertaining and watch it when there is not much better to do Quote
ittaku Posted March 18, 2016 Posted March 18, 2016 DxD is great fun. All I can say is don't think too hard... No, in fact, leave your brain behind and watch with your dick instead and you'll enjoy it all the more. As for the plot, all I can say there is BOOST! You'll understand... LoganW 1 Quote
Seth Posted March 18, 2016 Posted March 18, 2016 The thing about DxD is that they got with every season further away from the original which is pretty sad because it is one of my favourite LNs (because of the awesome comedy and the good (and I mean the REAL thing) plot). It's also a nice change of pace that it's clear that it will end in a real harem and except for Rias every heroine is quite likeable. You can watch the first season without a problem and the second season is still pretty good. Skip the 3rd one it sucks badly compared to the rest . Quote
jaxter0987 Posted March 19, 2016 Posted March 19, 2016 DAL the first was fine. It was DAL the second that was mediocre. Not that I care though because I mainly watched DAL the second for the twins. DxD is great if you can turn your brain off and watch with your dick, echoing what Ittaku said. Quote
Fred the Barber Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 I picked up Rokka no Yuusha today and marathoned the first 9 of 12 episodes (it was a very long cooking session...). Pretty good stuff. I like the way the plot nicely mixes an action/adventure story with a mystery, and I'm finding the characters by and large very enjoyable, especially Flamie. By the way, Flamie is obviously best girl; sorry @Nashetania. Quote

It was a good show, except the ending was a bit of a meh,but i guess they only did that because they only had enough time to air 12 episodes, and i would agree, Flamie is the better girl,I never really like the princess, Spoiler She was the first one I suspected from the bunch anyways, was fishy af, Started Plastic memories, looking good so far, the tags on MAL kind of scared me a bit, drama+romance...I would normally kill myself than watch stuff like this...but thankfully its more interesting than the tags suggest Quote
