anime was meh, not expecting much from this. i recall they didn't update on this for a year til last month since the original announcement in 2013.

From what I've heard the anime was supposed to be 24 episodes long but they had to cut the script down to 13 episodes which is why the character development suffered greatly...

 

They should be able to amend this in the VN's though.

I am kinda unsure how much I'll enjoy the angel beats setting and characters. But considering I am a vn of Key's works I'll prbly enjoy AG as well.

Being a huge fan of the anime (and what got me into otaku culture) was Angel Beats, I can't wait for this.

What I don't understand is the price (7,500 yen) for just 3 routes, seems a little excessive given this is not a full release.

Is this common?

 

Also they removed the ecchi like CGs from the gallery, this could mean that they were possibly thinking of an 18+ version  (or at least some ecchi humor) and then retracted the decision. Which is good, Key doesn't know how to write h-scenes.

Either that or the CGs will be included in the game and are just not being shown in the website anymore.
