Going to translate a novel (not from JP) to English

A young adult novel series I really enjoy- Ulysses Moore-  currently has 15 books and 13 of them are out in Turkish (originally they are all Italian) and only the first four books have been translated to English. I'm planning to translate the books (starting from the fifth) to English.

 

I'm planning on scanning several pages and putting them into the translation as well. I want to publish my translation online. Which site should I use for the translations? Wordpress? Blogspot? Tumblr?  

 

I don't plan on including downloadable copies yet.
