[SOLVED] Ever17 PC stops working (Windows 8)

I really want to play this game, anyone knows what should I do?

The game doesn't normally work with Windows 8 (or 8.1 for that matter). 

 

A fix has been posted on this forum before though (in a thread):

Adding to this for any future peeps, the Fuwa version of Ever17 should contain both the normal EXE and the 8.1 EXE.

So if you're using Windows 8 or 8.1, just use the ever17PC_Win8.1.exe



I spent the longest time ever trying to get Ever17 to work during my noob days cuz of not noticing this.
