B0X0R Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 I'm currently sitting in a dentists office after having two of my teeth filled in. I'm just waiting for my sister to pick me up, which should be in about 90 minuets. Nothing much to do so I just thought that we could just share some stories about going to the dentists, just to pass the time. I'll start. The first time I had a tooth filled in, I had fallen asleep. It was a strange dream, I was just falling down an endless pit, still able to hear the dentist at work. I don't know why but I somehow had convinced my self that my dentist was actually Walt Disney, and that he never did die and was just filling my cavity as a hobby. I had (and still do) a very imaginative mind when I was in 2nd grade. Quote
LinovaA Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 I remember going to the dentist at one point and having something like 4 fillings in the four corners of my mouth. I was really young too, but I remember my tongue being really super numb and I kept lightly chewing on it in a half drugged state (I think I was drugged anyway... hell if I could remember). I was just like.. man.. this thing in my mouth... what the heck is it? Can't be my tongue... I can feel my tongue. Wait... no I can't!!! I spent the rest of my time panicking that I no longer had a tongue. Or that is how the story goes anyway. That was a long time ago now so I feel like I embellished a bit, not that there was much to embellish. xD Quote
Painiac Posted January 21, 2015 Posted January 21, 2015 Huh. You know... When you dream about teeths, it means serious danger or death of close person. I am atheist; yet I am kinda terrified I DID dreamed about teeths when my cousin had car accident... On another note. My teeths were done by old doctor; she was really good. But yea, there were no drugs back then in Poland. It was done raw ... And teeths she had done, I still have them after like, 15 years. She maybe passed away, but she leaved exceptional dentist work.
