Nosebleed Posted January 26, 2015 Posted January 26, 2015 Nope, Nintendo 3DS systems are region locked for good. If you want a japanese game you need a japanese 3DS. There were exploits in the past, but Nintendo's updates made them not viable anymore (they can render your console unnusable). Quote

CruelN1N1 Posted January 27, 2015 Posted January 27, 2015 It's region blocked but I THINK you can play with the region block using homebrew channel, it's a hack for the 3DS(wii and wii u) that hacks the console and make some thing IDK if can unlock the region lock,i think i saw something but i will never hack the 3ds because nintendo can block my console Quote
