Hilariously enough, my count is seriously at 69GB. Well, I've got a good source and downloading lots and just breezing through it while you look for something appealing is really trivial. And a lot of videos are a gigabyte or more.

Also, most of the VNs I have read have better written plot than those critically acclaimed AAA moves.

 

Speaking of the H scenes, everyone would look at you funny if you told people you play a visual novel with sex in it, but nobody will bat an eyelash when someone comes and says: ¨hey guys, I seen 50 shades of gray and enjoyed it¨

Nahh, I dont necessarily mean nukige. Nukige is practically a VN where plot is a mere placeholder, with a H-scene every 5 minutes, as opposed to a well written eroge where you will encounter H-scene 4-5 at most per route of a 20+ hour long VN.

Fortunately i got good @ watching pron as a kid so i avoided anything critical as yours.

 

Though i had once a situation while browsing web when my mother suddenly came home from work and doors were unusually unlocked.

Of course i quickly decided to close all tabs, unfortunately pc was quite outdated back then and browser didn't have popup blocker.. each page i closed opened few more, some of them were really insane.. being quick to react i of course gave up on closing and ctrl+alt+del to kill the process.. unfortunately by then my pc got overloaded and just kept on throwing various porn websites on top of another.. 

Assessing my situation and viable options i calmly said 'fucking viruses' and pressed reset button.

Hahaha yeah, Rance. That game was glorious. Actually I liked the strategy aspect of it too, even though it was extremely simplistic...

 

I do think that nukiges are also nice, but what I wanted to say was that people should not dismiss eroges being for freaks, because good numer of them have great plots.

I'm pretty shameless, and eroges don't typically get me "excited" most of the time, however being the shameless man that I am, there has been on more than one occasion that I have been "caught" (I quote that because it's not really getting caught if you don't care, right?) by my cousin while laughing at amusing sex scenes in VN's. Particularly of note was a couple weeks ago actually, when I was finishing up Neko Para Vol 1, and if you've played it, well... the h-scenes are pretty uh... Animated? Heh.

Basically, I'm sitting there in awe of how animated it was and with my fascination with neko's who happen to be IN MAID ATTIRE, I didn't quite notice my cousin walking in my room until the last second. There was a good five seconds of silence as I continued to click my mouse, half-heartedly watching while my cousin stared from the screen to my face multiple times, to my crotch, then back to my face, blinked a dozen times, twitched, and finally said, "You're joking, right? Right? You would do something like that and not care..."

 

Yep. I'm that one guy that doesn't care if his female cousin walks in on him shamelessly watching a good plowing take place while simply shrugging and saying, "Look at it! It's animated! So cute right?!" 

 

But you know, this happens often for me, and I never really cared, and I can casually talk about sex, porn, or other lewd things with family/friends/random people with no worries. Of course I know TPO well, but I'm not easily embarrassed by those things I guess. If anything, it's actually amusing for me when/if I do get "caught" because the other person ends up being the embarrassed one!

I'm not sure if it was embarrassing, but once I was in an H scene (obviously) on "Shion ~Zankokuna Mahou no Tenshi~" on which the school nurse was giving the mc a fellatio and she was covered in you know what, and I swear, she had the most extreme and messed up agehao face I've ever seen in my life. And in that moment, my mom apparently thought that it was a good idea to come visit and see what I was doing. I don't really remember how it was, but I remember that it was kind of hard to close/hide the game or something, and I was panicking so that probably had something to do with it.  By the time I could get the H scene out of the screen she had been looking at it for a glorious two or three seconds.

 

To this day I still don't know if she "decided that it didn't happen" or couldn't see it well enough to tell exactly what was happening (she has a little of a bad sight, and I'm serious when I say that the H scene looked weird)

I was once reading one of Mizuki's H scenes in Yume Miru Kusuri and my mom came in my room without knocking first. Good thing I wasn't reading it in fullscreen, cause I wouldn't be able to explain what I was doing. 

I always search on google pictures of cats before playing an eroge, in case something happens.
