I'm afraid there aren't many english translated VNs at the moment with yandere heroines. The world needs more bloody love, wouldn't you say? You can also look at the yandere tags on VNDB and see if anything else catches your eye. Quote

Tskuhime would technically be another. Ayakashibito has a borderline yandere heroine in one of the arcs. Though none of the above would be considered "batshit crazy". Hmm, suddenly I wish there was a heroine like Yuno Gasai...am I strange? Quote

Apart for what has already been suggested, all I can think of is how one of the main heroines in the Shuffle! series is rather psychotic and essentially yandere. She never has that full-on yandere breakdown though, and gets over it for you to have your happy harem-quest. Quote
