flyable heart english patch

hi i reacently downloaded the flyableheart game and i cant install the patch, i get the error message,

"you couldn't acces the designated file, maybe you do not have the administration required", (sorry for a bad translation of what it said) but thats basicly what it said, maybe a bit bad choise of words, anyways. iv tryed to put it in a different folder, went over the properties even downloaded different kinds of patches from different sites but it still dont want to give me acces to running it and i do not know what i might have missed, i remember i had the same trouble some time ago but i cant remember how i solved it. and i would be really greatfull if someone knew how i could get it to work

dont think the patch is here at fault. when i played the game awile ago everything beside the no-cd crack worked fine. therefore just try playing it with the iso mounted & it should work.

note: the translation is nowhere perfect, its just a polished version of a previous machine translation, but still somewhat readable.

Well, you can understand what they're trying to say... sometimes. I guess that means "somewhat readable". It totally butchers the game, ruining 90% of the jokes, though.

i think yo missunderstood me, i cant get the english patch to work, meening no english only japanese. i dont mind bad english if i could accually get it to be bad english. fr now its only japanese since the patch wont work.

is there anyone that can help me out? dont know how to get the patch to work, since i cant even run it i cant play the game.
