While finishing something amazing does leave me feeling a bit lonely and sad I can also enjoy basking in the afterglow, I enjoyed the fuck out of that game and now I can enjoy myself taking about it with people who feel that same way about it while shamelessly promoting it because it's fucking great and I want it to do great so there's a higher chance they'll make more games in that universe and with those characters

I barely know people who are into this kind of games. Friggin people and their aversion to heavily story-based games, tch. So, yeah, I get sad about having finished it, and can't really comment on it with people. Unfaaaaaair

I found that "So I'm playing a cyberpunk dystopian bartending simulator" actually was a pretty good conversation starter with my gaming friends, back when I was playing.
