Avil Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 My save gets deleted every time I turn off the computer, I tried giving permissions to my user and stills gets deleted. Playing on Windows 7 (32). Please help!!. Quote
Sparkker Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Try checking where your files are being saved. If it doesn't work, then try reinstalling the game. (I never had that problem with this VN... Though I got so confused with the story, since I suck at JP + too many look alikes.....) Quote
Bolverk Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 IIIRC the most seeded torrent for that vn was a version that didn't need install. If you got that one. I am guessing the torrent program is messing with it. Stop seeding the torrent in with the game on it or try to copy the game over to another folder. Avil 1 Quote

And this got funnier when I opened the readme in the game folder and the save file reappeared... Quote

Clephas Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 You did install it outside of the Programs folders right? Quote
Avil Posted February 7, 2015 Author Posted February 7, 2015 I installed it in the default directory... is there a problem with it? Should I change it? Quote
Clephas Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 With all VNs, you should install outside of the default directory (which is one of the two Programs folders in Windows) because if the save folder is inside the game folder or it needs to run two applications at once, it will frequently fail if it is installed there. Avil Posted February 7, 2015 Author Posted February 7, 2015 Problem solved , Thank you! I usually install vn in the default directory and this is the first time I got this kind of error but I'll be careful from now on. Quote
