This came out when i tried to install this game anyone has any clue at fixing this?
i am in japanese locale

Have you tried running as administrator? Made sure the files aren't set to read-only?

 

Also you're running ゲームのインストール right?

Most likely, you do not care in 2k16, but still:
Run your Setup.exe file in compability mode with Windows 2000.

I hope the meaning is not ruined. Pretty weak in drafting sentences. >_>

just make sure your install folder is not original(not wrote in japanese language). change the folder name as you wish

What exactly did you try doing? Did you try setting the compatibility mode in the file to a past version of windows? Did you also try renaming the folder?
