Hyperdimension Neptunia+Spin offs

I have to level up my Neptune since once she got poison and was away for a while.

I probably need to level above 40+ for this, those monsters take overkilled damage on me. LoL

I don't know if I do it right but I usually play with Neptune, Plutia & Peashy.

I don't remember who you have at that point, but I always used Neptune + any other Goddesses, and then if there's a spot open, I used IF and had Compa linked with her in case I need a healer.

It's getting harder in Rebirth 1, finish chapters 5.

Grinding will get boring lol.

I've dropped re;birth 2 at chapter 2.

Holy fuck this game is worse than rebirth 1 for grinding.

Compa sure have great healing ability but she died very quick too lol.

Plutia have good healing ability too but sometimes I just using healing pots, since her SP skills is awesome.

I don't have Plutia because I didn't get the DLC, and I never really had a problem with Compa dying, but then again, like I said, I was frequently overleveled.

I was always above the level curve in the first two Re;Birth games because I liked to keep fighting dangerous enemies to see how strong I was compared to them, and then would kill the strongest one several times to make sure I could kill the next dangerous enemy. The final boss was a pushover because of that

bought R3. I can only play it like 30 min. a day cuz you know...work -__-
but so far I'm having a blast!  the game is a battery hog on the vita tho, R1 and 2  take 6 and 5 hrs respectively, R3 drains the vita in 4 hours (between sleeps + airplane mode.)

Lost Holy Cloth

Energy pack

Golden Tooth

 

I searched for it via google but seems like there isn't any info about such things for rebirth 3 yet.

There are no guides or info on R3 because the game already tells you where to find most items. Just go into nepedia ---> monster info/dungeon info.

there you'll find the drops for each monster/dungeon.

WHAT THE HELL IS THAT DEVELOPMENT!?! Gimme my funny moe story back!

And another thinking/doubt (minor spoilers):

At first I thought that Nepgear was under some influence of Cursed Sword, but after she killed Noire and Uni, her behavior turned into something like duty and self-punishment for  choosing that path, with that evil whispers none to happen again.

It took more time than needed. For next ending, I will try go faster.

Not to mention I'm at level 500~ or something. What the heck.

 

Also...

I doubt that she was influenced by the cursed sword or something. It was just weighing the world against the life of your friends. Why, the same could be said of the other goddesses. Had they gotten the sword for themselves, they would have done what Nepgear did. That's why they fought in the first place. This is especially evident with the encounter against Vert. Her hostility was pretty much emanating from her.

 

You could also say that it was moved partly by their desire to be the last one standing.

Aren't fans getting sick of these games at this point? I mean, 15 titles in 5 years is an obvious cash-in. The minimal effort put into each title is cringeworthy, though I know they were designed and budgeted for a niche audience. I don't share the waifu mentality, so the appeal of these games is limited. I have played and completed 1 - 3 on PS3. I bought the remake of 1 on Steam, but I dropped it after seeing the factory for the hundreth time.

 

With the recent success of HDN on Steam (around 250k copies sold, substantially higher numbers than on console for these two games), there might be a slight hope for IF/CH to actually produce a game that doesn't re-use assets from all their previous titles.

But, as you've said, the appeal of this type of game is with the girls rather than the gameplay. It's more on the interaction between the characters, if I do say so myself. If the person likes seeing cute girls do cute stuff, then they'll like this series.

Completely +1 to this. Also, I heard the original Neptunia (the first game on PS3) is complete garbage.
