Yeah its a pretty shallow SRPG and it has absolutely tonnes of fan service. I mean more than the previous HDN games put together.

Your characters kiss each other to power up special attacks in battle.

Whelp I beat the game.  Do I need to bother with the regular ending anyway?

Why did the CPUs vanish in the ending movie. That feels like the perfect set-up for the next game. Did they just change it or something?

If you want something less climactic, then sure. Or if you like completion, which I'm pretty sure you don't like.

 

That was originally one of the endings. They made the remake only have two endings.

Though, if you're that desperate to have that ending, then wait for Re;Birth 2. It features that scene in its Human Ending.

I haven't gotten that myself. Fuck my Vita.

Yea I watched it, no need really.  I think I'm just gonna play PP for a while now.  I don't want to start 2 and stop mid-way due to Record Breaker coming out. 

 

End Game Results:

• Average Level: 71
• Total Play Time: 38.5 hours
• Best Girls: Compa, Vert, Blanc, Noire, and Tekken, in no particular order.

Good endgame stats, btw. Did you have a hard time?

Not really.  I think I got like 2 game-overs?  In in chapter 2 (Noire fight) and somewhere else in chapter 3 I think.  Once I got Blac the game got a whole lot easier.  Once I got at least 3 EXE bars the game was broken.  2 characters died in the middle of the final battle but I revived them to full health in a turn and kept going fine. 

 

My final party was Tekken/Blanc, Noire and Vert in front with Compa and Iffy in back.

That's every boss in the game after chapter 4.  

• Vert uses Magic Rush attack, gain one EXE
• Attack with others
• Use said EXE with Vert to lower enemy stats and accuracy
• Attack with others
• Rush again to restore one EXE
• Use said EXE
• Continue until victory.

Also, I would argue Tekken is as good as the CPU, she's like Blanc but more power and less tank.  Also Compa and MAGES., definitely fill a niche the CPU can't, so they're just as good in their own way too.

Tekken and the others just lag behind so much.

I actually think Vert might be #1 now, it's a close tie at least.

 

Anyway, one thing I was incredibly disappointed in with Re'Birth was the soundtrack.   However, upon listening to the original games soundtrack, it's absolutely amazing.  Why did they change so much?   Also, did Re'birth 2 make the same mistake?

Because the original game was a trainwreck, according to those who've played it. The OST, I know nothing about. Re;Birth's soundtrack was not amazing or anything, but it wasn't something I hated. Same as Re;Birth 2's soundtrack.

 

Honestly, I liked R;B2's OST more.

This is beautiful, why not use this?  Music is big for me, it greatly impacts how much I like things.

I didn't dislike (but I didn't like it) the music of the original but the game itself was bad, really bad. The only thing that kept me playing until Platin were the jokes. The Remake for Vita was a huge improvement in every possible way.

You mean you haven't gotten a 99999 in a concert?

What a pleb. 

 

Just rotate your left analog stick so that the camera goes from left to right, and vice versa. Moving that steadily increases your gauge, so there's that. Also, whenever fans are shouting the CPU's name, go do the stage gimmicks. Don't pick the ones that take a long time to recharge. Sure, they have a large effect on audience %, but holy shit they fuck your timing up. Go with the ones that take 5 - 20 seconds. I use the spotlight, confetti, and stage gimmick. It's fucking hard to 100% the routes, so there's that. If you want to go and get True End without a guide, go and repeat without a guide. The True End's pretty sweet. c:

 

Oh yeah. Go bottom view - near to view their panties. The game's pretty open about panties.
