I'd say my favorite so far is the Manticore.

I remember reading the encyclopedia when it circulated hentai sites years ago and thinking it was the greatest thing ever. I think that was my first real introduction to the monster girl genre, as this was before the days of Monmusu quest and such drawing the genre's western popularity.
