I installed the game followin the installation tutorial in youtube and downloaded 2 times but the problem continues

When i play i don't hear the bgm sound only characters voice

Is it a torrent? Because if it is try to force recheck it one more time to see if it's complete

Then you should try the torrent. Maybe the download was corrupted while it was packed .
