Abyssal Monkey Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 @Abyssal Monkey but what about Masaya and Rise's past? What about finding out who caused the fire years ago? Â also Chiho has some really nice h-scenes, if that helps. Quote
mitchhamilton Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 no no no no no no no. trust me Chiho's route is not your atypical school life route. the last bit with her really changes direction from the rest of the vn. Quote
Satsuki Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 Â Chiho is probably the archetypal school life route (for this standard, I'm classifying Ritsuko as an atypical school life route) and thus will probably be boring with the big reveal being about that fire and Rise. Quote
Eclipsed Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 I thought Chiho's route was pretty boring / stagnant and then it slams all of this ridiculous drama at you in the last couple of chapters. yuck @abyssal semantics: wut Quote
TexasDice Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 New stuff from Moonstone new subsidiary Moonstone Honey, pretty much same setting as PE.MC is a trap though Quote
mitchhamilton Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 i think the Ritsuko clone is hawt. i love me some S characters. Quote
Satsuki Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 Nope nope nope, anything but that S-Queen Ritsuko... Quote

Eclipsed Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 You want a cookie It was never meant to be a super big mystery really. Quote
Satsuki Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 I'll also take the absence of any rejection of my statements about Rise's route to mean that I'm fairly close. Quote
mitchhamilton Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 Archetypal, aka cookie cutter, pretty much average. Â If its only the last bit that changes things, it doesn't change things. Â I'll also take the absence of any rejection of my statements about Rise's route to mean that I'm fairly close. Quote
Abyssal Monkey Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 i was using the last bit as an example since it reeeeeeaaaaaaaallllyyy changes from the rest of the story. Quote
Nimbus Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 I think I now understand what Eclipse was going through when we were talking about Ayaka. Quote
mitchhamilton Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 @Abyssal Monkey uh... no. Â was anyone else wanting some more screen time from Masaya's mother? its kind of sad that she didnt do much in the vn. like maybe she was somehow tied to Vineces (forgive me if that isnt the name, i havent played it in a while) and comes back because her son is there. i have a soft spot for mothers and was disappointed she didnt do much. Â ok. im getting confused. where is everyone in the vn and what routes do they have left, if any? me? im done. Quote
Abyssal Monkey Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 Finished Ritsuko's, started Ayaka's. Â Skipping Chiho and Rise because they seem meh. Quote

I actually liked how the mother had little time, it helped reinforce Masaya's isolation and how he more or less has to start a new life from scratch. Also, having her as a former student would kind of bring up the whole "Just so happens...." plot which I personally hate.  I've finished Ayaka's route and a few chapters into Rise's route. Quote

shadowolf64 Posted April 16, 2015 Posted April 16, 2015 Is it weird that I'm basically reading 3 routes at once? Haven't finished any yet but I'm kinda reading Rise and Ritsuko at the same time, and then I wanted to see how Ayaka's starts... Quote
