Fate/stay Night bug?

Hi, I'm new to the forums here, seems different from the forums I always use and I couldn't attach a picture but anyway,

 

I received an information message on the Fate/stay Night VN, but the message did not state anything, just a blue icon with an "i". This happened during "VS Berserker - Equal match - Archer's Shot". Can anyone help me with this?

Also these things:

Is your system local sett to japanese?

where did you get  it? (from fuwanovel, or did you install it yourself)

Wich version of fate stay night are you using? ( the old translation or the new translation of the realta nua version)

Where did you instal it and where do you store your saves.

 

this might seem like a lot of irrelevant information but it is suprizing how often problems come up in those areas.

how do i check the system local?

i got it from fuwanovel.

it doesn't look like realta nua but just in case, whats the difference?
i store my saves in the folder that was installed with the game.

You can check on how to change your system locale here. The realta nua version has more effects, CG, music(?), and also comes with an extra ending that I don't think is in the fuwanovel version.

I don't think the Fuwanovel one was updated.

I wholeheartedly support you playing that version instead though.

no that is indeed the normal version, realta nua has three different exe's. One for each route.

 

Now once you know that your system locale is in japanese. ( see the post above me)

see if the error still persists.

 

Adittionally, thing i forgot to ask:

where did you install the game

what happens when you click ok when the error pops up.

Were you just reading at the time or where you trying to save?

 

but, having never gotten this error myself it is difficult to find a good solution. but i will try my best.

 

Edit: having checked my version i do not get a error message there, but my version is not from fuwanovel.

ok im back. this is the message that came up after changing the locale. 
 

upon clicking "ok", the screen just goes back to the background image with the cemetery and there are no words displayed, bgm still playing.

i was only reading at the time.

Most of the time you can get past that error by using the skip function to jump over the crashing part.

If he's missing the Rin x Shirou cemetery scene, that actually sucks.

i believe so, its not march first.

 

As for the bug, from what you tell me it seems like you are missing a cg file or something.

I think it has to do with an audio file missing.
