When I click the first tab the errow window appears but the second tab seems to work just fine. Also the font doesn't work even though I've already set my locale to Japanese

Your non unicode settings are not set correctly, the game window is still displaying the title full of gibberish.

 

Make sure you change them to Japanese properly and restart your computer.

 

Also change your format to Japanese, Pulltop games usually require the format to be in Japanese as well.

I already did so before I installed the game.

Change the format to Japanese too, it's in the "Formats" tab.

 

This is a Pulltop game, they usually require that too.
