How do you make more efficient ways of recruiting people for VN translation projects? And where would you suggest would be the best place to look?

And please be specific

Hackers are as hard to find as translators. Editors are as plentiful as leaves on the ground in autumn, though good editors are rarer than natural diamonds.

i think that's roughly it. Although I would make editors 1/5 (same as proofreader) and beta testers are 0/5 (because ppl want to play the game).

heck, try anywhere. try baka-tsuki, try manga-updates, try animesuki (use the 'classifieds' thread), myanimelist, anidb, try asking on IRC channels in some TL groups, try mangagamer/JAST forums, Aksys games. u seriously have to try everywhere.

Also look for posts on twitter or tumblr or groups on facebook.
