I think the one for the fuwaforums looks good(ish) since it has that F in the center bringing it together. As for the 'Zette's... not so much. I don't think the earlier icon looked very good in the first place to be honest though.

The old icon was so relevant not even 2% of Fuwans knew it was Sera Karen from Sakura Musubi.

 

I thought it was our mascot ._. I didn't realize it was a random 2D anime chick from whatever Sakura Musubi is.

 

Although she looked like JList's mascot IMO

Fuwa's proposed mascot is not only a lot cooler, but she's reading a SUPER-COOL book!

I think a random anime head character better represents VNs (and by extension Fuwa) than the letter F. I also am not a fan of the aesthetics of the current icon.

Former icon does not represent anything other than the fact that it's been a part of fuwa's history. The new one is meh and I also don't know how it represents fuwa other than the letter f. I'd rather have the first one.

OK time has passed and I have tried to get used to the 'new' favicon. I still think it looks stupid. I know that's harsh but it annoys me every time I accidentally look at it. I don't exactly hate it but it I find it irritating. Hopefully this post will act as a catharsis and I have gotten it out of my system.

Same here. I don't want to comment on how it looks that much though.
