Community Statuses

Hi can you implement a 'Community Status' link to go with the Awards / Members / Calendar stuff in the Other Apps menu

Currently there is no easy way to access it other than the direct link (that I know of, pls do let me know if there is another shortcut). (and lets not argue bookmarks cuz then you might as well say that for everything else then >.>)

Edit: upper right next to facebook/twitter icon is Open Navigation -> Community -> Member Status Updates is one way to access but I'd like a dedicated link in the Other Apps menu or something

So now we'd have blogs, chats, and twitter feeds? What's next, our own Flickr, obviously linked in the header bar as well (FuwaFabulous represent)?

 

While I understand the idea behind it, the idea would start to fragment the way the community as a whole works.

 

Limit blogs to projects and have everyone else post more status updates would be an idea I could get behind, though.
