Kimi no Nagori error - failed to create save folder

im have a problem with Kimi no Nagori wa Shizuka ni Yurete

i already run english patch but when i open FH_IfThatTime it say failed to create save folder

please confirm the designated folder C:\users\deskbook\Documents\SOFTPAL\??????\?????/save

any ideas?

I do not know if anyone will reply but I have the same problem and my system locale is set to japp. but is still creating an error, know any solutions?
