Hello fellow Fuwans,

It's been a month since the sidebar quick links have been implemented so let's do a poll regarding it.

 

Have you been using it?

Works decently with Gravity Green theme.

Pretty redundant with the Fuwafabulous theme.

And now I'm left conflicted and clueless.

I use gravity green, and you can only access the "quicklinks" from the forum frontpage.

That's why we have direct links on the left menu bar on gravity green.

 

But that has already been pointed out, and it seems that in the next update the theme will change. Will that influence the visibility of those images ? I don't know.

 

As for now the answer depends on the theme you use.

 

With gravity green it's almost useless, and with others I don't know.

My guess of how votes went is

"Yes" : non gravity green

"No, but keep it" : diplomatic gravity green

"No" : other gravity green

With fuwafabulous it's useless because the bar is literally underneath another horizontal bar with the same options so it kind of defeats the whole purpose of it and most people end up using the top bar anyway.

the "quick link" should replace that side links on the left in the gravity green (?) theme and replace that top bar (?) in fuwafabulous (?)

 

It's redundant in both. It only shows on the index page so it's pretty much useless and the quick link images would be better than those "text" links on the left (in gravity green. From nosebleed's post above - since I've never used fuwfabulous theme - I would say they're totally useless in fuwfabulous).

I use them all the time, so it's helpful where they currently are (I'm using FuwaFabulous)

I had to go to the home page of the forum to figure out those were even there
