I know most people do this when they hit x000 posts, but let's be honest, it took me nearly a year and a half just to get this far. If I wait until I hit 1000, I probably won't make it for a looooong time. So why not just do it now?

 

Anyways, I joined up here... (I have to check my profile for this, whoops) December 2, 2013. I just needed a place to talk about VNs and eroge and things like that, since- let's be honest- what high school girl is going to find friends nearby that she can convince to give some nice Japanese porn games a try? I was tired of keeping it under wraps all the time, so after browsing on a few different VN communities, I made an account here, thinking that the people here looked the friendliest.

 

Admittedly, I sometimes wish I was more active here- I tend to lurk a lot more than I actually post. Just the other day, I actually started a thread for the first time since my introduction thread. I dunno, sometimes I find it easier to keep to myself, so I'm not very involved. I'm actually kind of amazed that I managed to hit 500 posts at all- I don't think I've ever stayed on a single forum as long as I have this one. This is also the first forum where I've actually been able to recognize and really get to know other members though, so maybe that's why. I may be quiet, but I actually log in multiple times a day and read what other people are posting.  :sachi:

 

Heh, I'm really just rambling at this point, aren't I? I guess as a Tl;dr, thanks for being cool, Fuwa, and I look forward to making my next 500 posts.

Congratulations! This is indeed a nice community and probably one of the communities where I am most active (whether my contributions are of any quality is up to you to decide :P). Hopefully, I'll stay here long enough to make such a thread (or one regarding a bigger posts number).

Haha, sorry if that was awkward Suika.

I meant more, it would have been nice to befriend another girl into similar hobbies nearby me. I think I also have trouble finding someone I could share the interest with, without being strange. So Fuwa is a place I could openly share that side with too.   ^_^

Anyway, we're happy to have you here. Hihi. I'd love to know a girl that plays visual novels better, honestly. I never encountered one in real life. I'd love to though. I wonder what they experience, what their views are, what they think of the current visual novels, what they like about it, and more.
