[Help] Problem with Cannot Find "render.dll"

So, I already play alot of Visual Novel, and most of them works fine.

 

Then I come across this ero game :

Shukubo no Uzuki ~Hitozuma Miboujin no Nareta Karada to Amai Toiki~

 

And after install it, then i try to run the game, I always get this warning

 

It's really weird because I have render.dll on installation folder

 

This what I did so far,

I tried to reinstall, but still not working.

I tried to download the game from another source, but still have the same problem.

 

 

Anyone know the solution?

Copy the file to C:Windows\System32 then open start menu and search for "cmd" open it and type in "regsvr32 render.dll". 

Also are you using applocale or Japanese locale?

I'm using Japanese locale [if what you mean is change my computer locale to Japanese manually?, then yes]

 

And by the way,

my computer is Windows 7 x64-bit.

 

should I still copy it to C:Windows\System32 ?

I tried to type regsvr32 on cmd after copying renderl.dll to C:Windows\System32

 

But I got this error pop-up
