I'm in Japanese Locale, I tried changing my time to Japan's time. I tried installing the update from the official site, and also tried using the English Prologue partial patch, but it breaks at the same spot regardless. I haven't seen this specific error posted, so I don't know what to do.

It's telling you something like it couldn't or it failed to open that graph_bs/chrxxxxx file maybe it is corrupted in some form :/

 

I've seen this bug when you install a patch that is it corrupted not in this vn particularly tho

Have you changed your format to Japanese too? Favorite games won't work if you just have the locale set to Japanese.

I considered a file corruption. I wonder how that could've happened, though, so I'll try another version.

Ah, I'll try changing the format first. I only adjusted the time
