Cyrillej1 Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 Nocturnal Illusion for me Omg, seriously? When I saw this, I was like "Ahhh, someone who liked it too!!" Definitely one of the first old VNs that was very memorable to me for some reason. Quote
Ariurotl Posted May 5, 2015 Posted May 5, 2015 Most of the oldtimey ones I've read had been low-quality, I'm afraid. And now I can't even bring myself to read newly released VNs, nevermind the old ones. True Love was fun when I read it, like, 10 years ago. Tokimeki Check-In! has a sentimental value, cause it pretty much made me appreciate the non-ero side of the medium. And I still actually like Casual Romance Club despite all the flak it gets from pretty much everyone. No idea which VNs of those I mentioned were released before 2000. Quote

GLM4475 Posted May 6, 2015 Author Posted May 6, 2015 Ok, because of the demand, I'll include those 1999 releases like Kanon and Tokimeki Check-in! (I should've mentioned DOS games, not 90's era, but now it's too late) to the list. The voting are now as follows: 1. Snatcher 4 votes 2. True Love; YU-NO; Policenauts; Kanon 3 votes 3. Nocturnal Illusion; Season of Sakura 2 votes 4. To Heart; Sakura Taisen; Tokimeki Check-in!; Casual Romance Club 1 vote Does any of you still have a computer of that era which is still functioning now? Quote
