My first VN was majikoi. I saw a picture of Miyako on google images and clicked on it discovering it was a game called Majikoi. I went to youtube and searched for a video and found someone showing off the part where Wanko gets called a tire, I then went and did the most horriable thing you can imagine, I asked the creator of the video where he got it and how to install it. The dude was amazingly paitent and walked me thru everything step by step mad props to him. I then ran into the most horriable thing of all, not all VNs are translated to english. To my dismay Majikoi had only been translated up to Yuki. The most touching person I have seen would have to be Wanko and how her spoilers were spoilers and spoilers.

If by emotional you mean the most crying, then Katawa Shoujo and Grisaia No Kajistu are tied at somewhere around 6 times. I refuse to read any Key novels, because I know they will all probably beat this. On other emotions, I had some extreme hatred for Gonzou from G-Senjou No Maou. Not because the character was badly written, but probably the opposite. I'm guessing they wanted that effect, though.

The choices would be SRPG, or turn-based strategy similar to XCOM. Best game on the PS3 though.

Man I wanna read DDC so bad.

It wasn't really awful but it doesn't even come close to what the visual novel accomplished. Considering that Refrain only had 13 episodes and they decided to animate Kurugaya's route with it to. I think they should of took out Kurugaya's route and add Rin2 instead and then have Kurugaya's route as an OVA like they did with Kyou and Tomoyo chapter in Clannad. Not only would Kurugaya's route benefit from having it's own OVA because romance is the main damn thing in that route (also they could do the true ending to it ) they could also show Riki and Rin's relationship in Rin2 which is REALLY important to understanding and enjoying Refrain because it shows why Rin is in the state she was in during Refrain.

While he is engaged to Ai, his maid, Sage, is also in love with him, causing a love triangle. The players actions determine who Forbesii ultimately ends up with, and thus who is the mother of Nerine.
