Interview of Oprainfall with MangaGamer
Darklord Rooke and one other reacted to ChaosRaven for a topic
There's a new interview of Operation Rainfall with MangaGamer. It's the first part of two. Nothing earth-shakingly new, but still a nice read. Most interesting part for me was about Supipara and MangaGamer being positive that they'll not only release the two already existing chapters, but also the following ones that would still have to be developed by Minori. I would have really liked to hear more details about that, especially how Minori is going to solve the problem that Nanao Naru, who was their main artist for until Supipara isn't working for them anymore. He's working at Nanawind for a few years now and has drawn the art for Alia's Carnival! for them. So what will Minori do? Fake the art style, or try to hire him again, or will they just use a different art style instead?2 points -

Tsukihime
SpacemanSpiff reacted to Skeith for a topic
Tsukihime Rated 18+ The story begins in a recollection of a boy called Tohno Shiki in his childhood years. There, he gains a power out of this world - the ability to see the "death" of people and things. What is the meaning of this power, and what can he do with it? This is his story of finding the missing pieces of the puzzle. The girls that the player can end up with are: Arcueid, Ciel, Akiha, Hisui, and Kohaku. ENDING GUIDE Please note that each of the characters, except one, will have TWO endings. The FIRST playthrough will let you get the TRUE END, and LOADING from a checkpoint for that character can get you that character's GOOD or NORMAL END. If not, you may have to replay the route again. NOTE that the choices that you see within this guide are the choices that the AUTHOR used. It is the author's recommendation that you play in this particular order so that all characters' routes can be unlocked. WALKTHROUGH GUIDE ~Near Side of the Moon Routes~ Arcueid Brunestud's Route True End Good End Ciel's Route True End Good End ~Far Side of the Moon Routes~ Akiha Tohno's Route NOTE: You will need to have cleared the game once before you can get Akiha's Endings. True End Normal End Extra Normal End Hisui's Route NOTE: You will need to have cleared the game once before you can get Hisui's True End. True End Good End Kohaku's Route NOTE: To properly play Kohaku's Route, you will need to clear the game twice before you can get this ending. Once with any Arcueid's or Ciel's Endings and once with Hisui's True Ending. Interview of Oprainfall with MangaGamer
Darklord Rooke reacted to Decay for a topic
First part was super standard. The second part of the interview was put up today and there are a couple more interesting questions but nothing to write home about. One of the more noteworthy parts of it was that MG brought up the "otoko no ko" genre's rising popularity in Japan, implying that maybe they're looking into licensing one of those VNs?1 point -
Yuuji makes it worth it! *Reads VNDB tags* *No protagonist* (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻ (Will still read this though.)1 point

No, I totally understand and agree 100%, which is why I was trying to recommend the better version that rewrote those ridiculous parts of story to be a bit less stupid.1 point

Suzu Fanatic reacted to Vokoca for a topic
Nasu's h-scenes are... well, infamously bad, but I prefer HF with them, most likely for the same reasons Suzu mentioned above. I didn't read Realta Nua so I can't really judge, but from what I read up on the HF rewrites, it just doesn't seem to cut it for me.1 point -
Hello again, Fuwanovel forums! So I recently finished the Clannad VN + anime 100% (thanks to the useful guide on these forums!) and one thing that reaaaaaaaally irritated me was the artwork at the end of the Kyou arc. Her nose looked like she had some sort of scab or something weird like that on it. So I loaded it up in Photoshop and gave her the old-fashioned rhinoplasty. Figured someone somewhere could use it to make a wallpaper or something. Here's a download link; it's in PSD format so you can modify it easier.1 point

What key game should I start with?
john 'mr. customer' smith reacted to Zantax for a topic
I would say Clannad if you want some romance, and Rewrite if you want some plot. If you want some laugh then anything should work. And Planetarian is short so you can read that anyway. (I didn't read Angel Beats yet)1 point -

Finished Root Double. Was great, but not awesome. My "only problem" is the dual protagonist thingy. As important as Watase is, in the end, Natsuhiko is obviously the main one and the most important. But well, all the characters are fairly importants, so at least it's a plus. Just that I prefered Watase over Natsuhiko and was a little disapointed. I liked Watase's ending. I didn't really like Natsuhiko's ending. Oh, and as much as I prefer Mashiro over Yuuri, that CG was ******* beautiful: Now I guess I'll try to read Tokyo Babel again. I hope it will becomes interesting after a few hours.1 point -
Here you go: I also updated the PSD file to include these changes. Same link1 point

Help me find a sappy romantic VN.
FontSize72LOL reacted to littleshogun for a topic
Interesting request, although to be honest I didn't know too much of sappy tolerance for each people (Or in better word cheesy tolerance). But I think Noble Works and Dracu Riot should do well for your next VN (Also if you could live with untranslated, Dracu Riot still had 10% left untranslated, but I think in near future there will be complete translation patch). Also I'd recommended ToHeart 2 if you look forward to more standard romance. Oh, and I'd also recommended Konosora and Koi Resort here too. Hope my recommendation help.1 point -
Code: Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~ Summary "My one wish... Is to be able to feel your warmth." Restricted to an abandoned mansion on the outskirts of London in fulfillment of a promise to her father, lonely Cardia lives day to day isolated from the world. Her body carries a deadly poison that rots or melts anything her skin touches, prompting the locals to call her a “monster.” Her last conversation with her father two years ago, telling her to stay out of sight and never fall in love, is the furthest back she can remember. One day, her quiet solitude is interrupted as the Royal Guards break in to capture her. It is then that Cardia meets Arsène Lupin, a chivalrous thief, who helps her escape the soldiers’ clutches. She soon finds herself on a journey with Lupin to locate her father, who holds the answers to her mysterious condition. The two are soon joined by four more interesting and handsome gentlemen… Ending Guideline / Suggested Route Order There are five hero routes: Van Helsing, Frankenstein, Impey, Saint-Germain, and Lupin Lupin's route is the True Route, and is unlocked upon getting all other Hero's ends. Route Guideline Abraham Van Helsing Victor Frankenstein Impey Barbicane Saint-Germain Arséne Lupin True Route (must complete every other route) Attribution This walkthrough is based on info attained on https://welcometowonderland.me by the lovely Amnette with some adjustments made by me.1 point
