It's kind of unclear who you're worried about getting into trouble with. The law? No. I'm not a lawyer, so take this with the requisite grain of salt, but still, no. You're not going to get into legal trouble for buying The Fruit of Grisaia or WagaHigh off the Denpasoft site (or anything else off the Denpasoft site, or anything off MangaGamer or JAST USA, for that matter) if you live in the US, any more than if you bought High School DxD off Amazon. Some countries have much stricter pornography laws, though. Are you going to get into trouble with your parents? Who can say. Edit: Actually, a better analogy. You're not going to get into trouble for buying those 18+ VNs any more than you would for buying Lolita off Amazon.

Hiya everyone, I know I've found a great place. A little bit about myself, I'm a huge visual novel fan who also loves to write. I hope to meet a lot of great people here! I'm a creative person who just loves to go about through ideas, but choosing something to write is like picking between your children. Still, it doesn't stop me from binge writing when I find that I'm not doing something. Can't stand doing nothing, as there is always something more than can be done.

TBF, sea can be dangerous for an inexperienced swimmer, like everybody of water that isn't a well-guarded pool. If you can, find a beach where you have safe depth marked by lines, you have nothing to fear in one of those. After you feel more confident with you swimming skills and get accustomed to big water, you should be ok in the sea, unless you do something really reckless.

I don't know, I never really had this problem. Did you try to go underwater and reach the bottom with your feet? If you feel that there's actually something under you this feeling may go away. Just don't swim to where it is too deep of course. You should be sure that you can return to the surface at any moment. And be careful with your ears if you put your head underwater. I learned this the hard way.

The sea is horror. Who knows what's under the water. What if some fish eats me?!?!? More realistically, I fear stepping on something that may cut my feet or hurting myself on a rock, so yes, the sea is not for me.

The way you 'stop' it is not letting them store info that you want kept private. In Denpasoft's case, they ask for your name at registration. They ask for your e-mail and physical address when you try to 'buy' something free. They ask for this info they don't need, store it, and don't seem to allow you to change the name or e-mail address if you later change your mind. That's poor policy, especially in the adult business where personally-identifiable info is sensitive. By comparison, I checked my Nutaku account and I don't even see an entry for a name. As incompetent as Nutaku is, they get it.

Aaaand... I already want to take my words back. I somehow managed to make this post right before I reached a major plot twist which made all of the complaints I previously had about the story not legit anymore. And after that the story gets really interesting, and I'm actually hooked. You know, that's exactly why I love reading VNs completely blind, without any idea o what they're actually about. Usually gives the best result in terms of enjoyment (in case that the VN in question is actually good of course). I'll post more detailed comments after I finish at least one route.
