It’s been a while. About 4 years since I was last an active member of the community, but I have been logging in and stocking your profiles occasionally ever since then For those who don’t know me I was a board mod albeit for a very short time. Also tried to lead some translation projects, all at probably the worst time as I had been accepted into my biochemistry major at that time (and that’s why you haven’t seen me) I haven’t been reading a lot of visual novels lately. Though I’m planning on going through Summer Pockets soon if I can find the time. Still watching lots of anime, have spent over 100 hours of my existence in front of Japanese cartoons. I will probably pitter around the light topics from time to time. See you out there~

In any case, it isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things. These are really just my spontaneous thoughts right after finishing Chapter 6, and they're all based on assumptions and information I was provided there. It isn't unlikely that my opinion will change one way or the other once I get some perspective on things. I still have two chapters to go and I expect that quite a few things will have been turned on their head by the time I'm done.

Understandable decision. Having to rely on the erratic Steamquisition to sell your titles can certainly be quite frustrating. And unlike MangaGamer or Sekai they don't have their own established shop site. Though it's nice to hear that they still want to translate some rare hand picked titles in future. The market is a bit oversaturated anyway, so getting some rare pearls instead of just a bunch of mediocrity doesn't sound too bad.

Considering that company's... *coughs* problems, is this even a surprise?
