I'm not a fan of projects where you put the burden of good prose writing all on editors. Sure, editors are there to improve the flow of text and the overall reading experience. That's true. But I'm of the opinion that your TLer already needs to be at least somewhat versed in good prose writing (including flowery descriptions, etc.).
