    Hi.

I am not Key fan but I enjoyed VN Rewrite 2 years ago and very happy to see anime version made now, first episode was great imo, just to see all of my favorites being animated. A bit fast paced will admit, but still very moe and I like.

    What you think?

Not sure if this is the right place to put this but....

I was rereading the rewrite VN and I noticed.

In the Kotori route, Kotarou is damaged when the key dies because he is connected to it through Kotori's summoning magic stuff.

But in other routes(Shizuru, etc) when the Key dies, Kotarou remains completely fine.

Anyone got an explanation for this?

  2. It has been a long time since EN players did a 2k last hour rush so good luck...

Ended up at 56.7k, should be safe. My estimation will be 70500/56000

Yeah, when I last checked(8-10 minutes before the event ended) the cut off was at 55,000

And considering that it was roughly 52,000-53,000 an hour before

    3,000-4000 increase in an hour= 500-665 per 10 minutes.

But then since last 10 minutes will be extremely rush it will most likely be 56,000ish.

  3. I failed

I under estimated the hold Kayo-chan has over SIF fans.

This was one helluva intense competition.

A measy lvl 70 me against tons of above rank 100s

In total spent roughly 24-25 LG I think?

I gave up when I had 50,700 and there was 10 minutes left

4500 range was at 55,000 at that time.

    Damn

I was only 1000 points behind 4500 6 hours before ending, when I started my grind I was roughly 7000 behind.

Well I guess I'll settle for a smile based scorer Rin next event.

Since its diary and a RIn(No offense) I doubt the competition will be this fierce.

RIP 25 LG and no T2.
    Kayo-1 Me-0

Guess I I didn't have enough devotion to spend LG for Kayo early.

Guess Maki will always be my best grill.

  4. Confession: I've officially internally ranked Prisma Ilya anime above the ufoubw anime. It's simply superior entertainment. UfuUBW is just missing something and I can't put my finger on what it is.

Fate/Zero is still marginally better than Prisma Ilya due to the execution.

    I really like the 3rd season's OP.

Actually all of their OPs are decent.

  5. It's actually the OTonoKizaka forum. Players who join the forum put the OTK tag for easy recognition

(Well I didn't put mine because my username can't fit in, blame 10 characters limitation <_<

There are also some other tags in game which you may try to figure out :D

I thought it was a variation of the OHKO acronym.

  6. For both Magic Knights and Asterisk, as I've already read all the translated source material, I don't have much to criticize them on, though Magic Knights seems to be off to a far better start than Asterisk in my opinion.  The opening sequence with Asterisk having the MC's character fight somebody and basically implies she died in the fight really pisses me off considering that her current state is just "assumed missing" in the light novels so far.  Purely based on that alone, I seriously doubt that it will end up with a second season.

Asterisk actually has a 2nd season confirmed I think. Well theres a 2nd season on MAl.

  7. Both of those fantasy school setting shows are so generic and bland that it hurts, not to mention the MC

might as well be the exact same person in both of them. Luckily, Asterisk has a sizeable budget and very

cute girls and Magic Knight has pretty good action sequences and reverse groping! XD

At the very least they did not fail to entertain, but that's just me.

The only difference I'm seeing between them so far is that

    Magic Knight isn't a harem

    Asterisk is a harem

Everything else is more or less the same.

Even the MC fighting style is the same(If both LNs are adapted properly that is)

  8. Albeit a bit late, I finally got the event Hanayo. Now I'll have to grind a bit to get into T2, though; to be honest, competition seems preety fierce for a Hanayo Score Match.

    Ik

I thought I'll skip the Umi event because it would be too high for a f2p player like me.

Now I've already invested loveca into Kayo's event.... Its too late for me to back out.

I'm roughly 1 gem behind the T2 Cut off and I've spent 8-9 gems so far.

Doesn't help that everyone in T2 is basically above rank 100 while I'm just rank 68....

Mfw I realised I should have just gone and got Umi.

51k or high for T2? Damn T2 is at 28.3k atm, so its gonna rise by 22k in 4 days?

  9. Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry, I've watched the first episode and it seems it'll follow the manga/LN more or less(but its only 1 episode so what can I say?). I'll probably watch it just to see how much it adheres to the original.

Heavy Object: Seems ok, watched first episode. Nothing too impressionable, seems like an ordinary mecha anime to me.

Didn't realise K: Return of kings had prequels so was really confused when watching it. Plenty of action scenes though.

I'm still finishing off other series and stuff so I'll just lurk on this thread and see what people rate good.

Is Young Black Jack a prequel/sequel? I've read the synopsis and think I might have to read the manga or LN first...

Oh and I'll probs watch Shinmai Maou S2,  watching some ecchi + shounen never hurt anyone.

That and I'll watch Noragami S2.

More than plenty to keep me occupied.

  10. I've gotten a little rusty because my sister flat out refuses to play with me because I mercilessly destroy her every time, my only friends that play chess moved across the country for college and are too busy to play games online, and my mom is a full-time teacher.  I may not be able to play as well as I used to, but sure, that sounds fun.  Feel free to shoot me a PM sometime.

If you don't have anyone to play with and want to practice, playing against tough computers is always a good idea.  I used to play for hours on my dad's iMac against the computer, and I never really won (those programs don't pull any punches), but it helped me a lot with strategy.  If you want to learn to psych people out, though, obviously that's not gonna work  : P

  11. Don't underestimate the Japanese and dedication. They say the top EN whales alone have spent over 20k USD on their accounts (Cychun, Shinbou), and 8million yen is like 60-70k USD, and I bet that account is 3x as old as Shinbou's and the length of time Cychun played his. It's not completely crazy in those reference frames

20k is still a fuck ton of money though :michiru:
