I'm honestly scared to see how badly they will mess up Rewrite's adaption. Rewrite's use of "Changing the future" is pretty central to its whole plot and we all know how badly Jun/Key messed up Charlotte's 'Rewriting' the future theme. Not to mention the usual difficulties of adapting a VN with 5 Heroines into an Anime Series focused on just 1. I'm guessing the easiest adaption is to put Kotori as the main Heroine and not include the "Moon" and "Tera" story arcs into the series. 24 Episodes focused on Kotori's route(Which is the shortest) could end up decently. EDIT: Oh and I say 5 Heroines because I serious doubt Key's ability to successfully portray Kagari as the true Heroine of the VN. Plus her route includes all the time-leaps and jumps. Yeah so if Rewrite comes out with random time leaps and jumps and a bumpy plot I'm going to be really pissed off.
