Funny that you posted this, someone I was talking to brought it up again last night. I've been waiting for this game since it was announced originally, I'd like to see the game actually release... And then of course who knows if it will even release in NA. It took over 3 years for Nexon to even release Maplestory 2 in NA, and that game is the sequel of their darling cash cow.
-
I've never actually played that version of the game, I assume they are just in underwear though.

If you're looking for just the character creator without the H-elements, there was another game released on Steam that was just that; Koikatsu's character creator with the h-content stripped. I believe the gameplay itself was also stripped as well as a result though. It seems to have VR support though and is Free2Play https://store.steampowered.com/app/856620/V__VKatsu/.

Nothing really catches my eye here... but I do have quite a few leftovers that are going to continue airing from fall season, so it's not too big of a deal for me.
-
I'm sure someone will just end up modding the Japanese voice acting in with a mod at some point though.

Sukeban just released a reveal trailer for N1Rv Ann-A, the sequel to VA-11 HALL-A
2020 release date though, this wait is going to be painful.

For All Ages titles I greatly prefer being able to play VNs on my Vita rather than on my PC. I really enjoy the portability.
-
I would, I don't play VNs for H-scenes, I play them for the story. I have nothing against VNs that do contain H-scenes, but I much prefer VNs that don't focus on them.
-
I was really hoping they wouldn't do that... oh well, I'll just watch the first half if that's what they are going to do.
-
I'm hoping I can snag a physical copy of the game when it releases.

Really? So, what happened to Neptunia, Mugen Souls and Danganronpa. they intentionally gave them to IF and Spike?
@topic
The game just came out last month right? I'm sure other publishers will naturally notice this if the game makes a lot of noise (which sir Topic Starter is doing right now)
I mean, even if we don't do anything. But NIS (The Japanese Company) doesn't own those games, Idea Factory and Spike Chunsoft own those games, NISAmerica just localized them here. Exile Election was created by NIS so it would be surprising for any company other than NISAmerica to publish the game.

Ys: Seven is a pretty good game that is psp exclusive (there are other falcom games on psp, but out of the ones I've played the others also have superior PC ports). I also really like the Hatsune Miku: Project Diva game series on psp as well (although you can skip the original game, its sequels are superior and include most of the songs from the original). Persona 3: Portable gets an honorable mention as well, while its graphically inferior to its console counterpart it does include an exclusive female protagonist option which has some differences to playing as a male, and it uses the Persona 4 battle engine which is superior in my opinion.

Its unlikely I'll ever reread any ever. They are far too much of a time-sink for me, and I already have a decently large backlog. It can take me months to get through a single visual novel if its a decent length.

I have them, just wondering if it was possible to use a emulator to play the cold steel games on pc without to much hassle.
At the current moment there isn't a stable ps3 or psVita emulator you could use. Hopefully Xseed decides to port the Cold Steel games to PC some time down the road.

What do you play it on?
I want to play the series, but i own neither a playstation three or a psvita.Trails in the Sky First Chapter and Second Chapter are available in English on both PC (via steam) or PSP, with a localization of the 3rd game for PC on the way. There are two my trails games between the Trails in the sky trilogy also for PC that are not yet localized and then the Cold Steel games are only for PS3 and PsVita.
The trails in the sky games are definitely worth playing through.

I'm not completely sure why you would want to read a machine translated version when an official English release of Steins;gate 0 is coming out very soon.

I'm not too surprised honestly since they decided not to dub the latest Guilty Gear game (Xrd Sign was dubbed).
Can't say it really bothers me though, I thought the voice acting in this series was alright, but I'd probably play it in Japanese anyways.

The front side says its rated M like it should, but this is still hilarious regardless.

Honestly that death just made me really depressed.

My nostalgia pick goes to Pokemon: Colosseum, because it was my first pokemon game and did things very differently but better than the main games. It's a shame that the pokemon company tries so hard to deny it ever existed.
This was also my first pokemon game, and still remains as my favorite in the pokemon series. I'm still hoping for a current (or at this point next generation) generation game with the same type of gameplay, but I know it will probably never ever happen.

There are many games that rank very highly for me.
However, to this day Sonic 3 and Knuckles still ranks the highest out of any game I've ever played.

I definitely prefer voice acting. However I'm not at all opposed to reading visual novels that don't have voice acting, but if I find the story interesting I'll read it for sure.

Recently got back into the Steins;gate VN. I got the Suzuha and Faris endings so far and I'm excited to read through the other character endings that couldn't make the cut into the anime.
Another name left the scene - RIP minori

Eden* is the only visual novel of theirs that I read (but I really enjoyed it), so it's sad to see that they are shutting down.
