Which Air translation would you recommend?
Tatsujin replied to birthofthecool's topic in Visual Novel Talk
Clannad - Tomoyo and Kyou's arcs. Tomoyo After (separate VN from Clannad, but reading Tomoyo's arc in Clannad is required) And ... .. Angel Beats. I know this one will be really good. I didn't mention the others because of my own reasons. -
Fate/Stay Night UBW episode 1. I'm just melting through this as I recall all the accurate parts this episode has taken from the VN. Superb. Only dug the first fifteen minutes of this episode. Commencing the rest now.

Comical Psychosomatic Medicine AniDB | Official Release: Not Available Yet. Description: The manga's story centers on the psychologist Ryō and his nurse Asuna. The pair explain aspects of mental illness through a series of loosely connected cases that usually conclude in one manga chapter. With a light-hearted tone, the doctor helps readers understand conditions such as depression, adjustment disorder, and Asperger syndrome. -- I dig this.

Sekai Project Official Grisaia Translation?
Tatsujin replied to douggle's topic in Visual Novel Talk
Someone please explain to me what is going on with the kick start because all I see is Grisaia no Kajitsu, but not the other two games, as a kick start. I don't understand these people. They want 40K to cover the costs of Japanese voices? Basically they have to pay the "fee" to the licensing company, am I correct? So if we hit the 120K we get all 3 games? Because getting Grisaia no Kajitsu at this point is MEANINGLESS without the other two untranslated games. And they're all digital releases. No physical copy of the actual games. But I'm going to through out one positive comment ... About damn time. All games will be 18+, uncut. Make that shit happen. Edit - Oh shit, nevermind. 200-300 USD for the PHYSICAL copy of all three games the same as the Japanese releases! Hell fucking yeah. I'm sold. Take my money. Now! And only the Physical copies will content 18+ uncut! -

Under appreciated light novels (translated)
Tatsujin replied to Tenkuru's topic in Anime/Manga Recommendations
I like purchasing light novels rather than reading them online. For whatever reason, I can't seem to sit still and read online ..... I have Spice & Wolf all the official volumes from the west. I read up to volume 9. Going to start on 10 when I feel that spike coming. I also have Sword Art Online, both volumes officially at hand. Haven't read them yet. I'd like to see stuff like The Hentai Prince to be released official as a light novel. It was adapted to an anime recently. -
Tachi tried (as a character) but regardless, she failed.
-
Of course. There's nothing wrong with that.

Yeah this is a really amazing manga. I'm up to date on it. The anatomy and super detailed proposition parts of the body are mind blowing. The whole manga is so different than the other stuff out there. Just read like maybe 20 chapters? ... I really liked the 'lump of meat' and 'I'm a bad girl' parts. And the 'animals' or is it 'cat and dog'? Man that was really good. Nana played it so well with Tachi. Kaoru's figure is like half the size of Nana but just imagine how he picked her body up, ah that was so freaky. Those were so freaking awesome. Nana's got a nice 2D figure.

Yeah yeah!! Ah it's so nice having people read the same thing as I did! I looked up the author and read his Unchanging Days, it was very short but the ending had me laughing hard. Really good twist. Now I'm on his Ito-san which has 9 chapters. So short! I just started on the first chapter. But yeahh! Bonnouji is really cool. But like, there are so many parts that I liked. Even the silly little things the girl did - like texting all about her day or before they started going out, she was going crazy to just be in that room! I really liked how she was looking around and then she dashed like hell to get there and then when she got there she's all messed up "I'M HOME!" hahaha. The room definitely stayed there, and everything around it changed. Man I really liked the chaotic parts though, the coffin part and how they slept next to each other hahahaha that was just so stupid funny and weird! Is there more stuff like this? I really like stuff like this. It's refreshing and different. I like characters that graduated from high school. It just makes stuff a bit more interesting.

You gotta remember that it's a TV series, so they are really limited with only 20 minutes per episode. But I agree with everything you said. That aside, it seems like they're going to cover all of their arcs! I mean, just from seeing the ending of the first episode. What do you guys think?

35 chapters of pure liquid awesomeness. Didn't get bored. Went to sleep having a good night and woke up looking forward to read more of it at work - but only read like two chapters at work! No worries, finished it all up moments ago. Description: Fate brings two people who live in the same condo together on a typical afternoon. Ozawa (26) has just broken up with her boyfriend of five years and was in the process of trying to rebuild her life when she meets Oyamada who lives a couple floors below her. He is somewhat of a loner although he does have a few friends and his room is cluttered with all the random stuff that his impulse shopper brother sends him. Ozawa takes an interest with all the things in his room and the two start a friendship that slowly turns into something more. Baka-Updates Ah man, drama wasn't even present at all. I like the main character's easy going atmosphere. His room was so interesting, and weird! I thought he was an otaku, but he's way beyond that. An otaku-computer-collector-of-many-odd-things-in-life? ... It's all thanks to his brother, anyways. Really sucks that it was only 35 chapters ... few omakes and an extra chapter. I really wanted more. It's hard to describe. The story feels like air, light ... and everything is set in the right mood. Definitely one of my favorite relaxing mangas.

uwaa!!! thank you so much. I've added this to my subscription list. I'll wait for a while to see if there will be any updates. Btw Nosebleed, what manga is your signature?
-
Ahhh this was such an awesome opening. I hope they keep up with the animation and fluid scenes and more panty shots and fan service!! And of course, stick to the story and give us more awesomeness from Yuuji.
-
Yeahhh just finished Grisaia no Kajitsu! Ah it's so well done. Love all the panty shots and the story is unfolding well enough. They did skip on parts here and there but that's okay. They're limited to 24 minutes an episode, obviously. Seems like they're jumping into Yumiko's behavior, which follows suite with the VN. But all I gotta say is waiting for BDs is going to be a killer ... Amane's Boobs are awesome as ever. Tatsu approves of them 2D boobs.
-
Fate/Stay Night UBW, Horriblesubs for now until UTW releases the first episode. Great episode, awesome opening. Follows the VN well enough. Bad ass action. ufotable stepped it up from their previous works so this is definitely going to rock. It's time to save up for the official Japanese BD releases. I hope it's only two boxes with cool artwork on them.

Horimiya Baka-Updates Fanservice Spoilers Description: Hori is your average teenage girl... who has a side she wants no one else to ever find out about. Then there's her classmate Miyamura, your average glasses-wearing boy in school and a totally different person out. When the two meet unexpectedly, they discover each others' secrets and develop an unexpected friendship. -- The development of the story is different than all those normal-life-style manga out there. I'm on chapter 27. I give this 10/10 for such enjoyments, twists and slice-of-life events. The end of chapter 26 threw me off. I've posted several pictures together so do check them out in the spoiler. This manga is still on-going but I hope someone else picks it up and reads it along with me. Very great artwork and well-designed anatomy, right down to the fingers! Story is well-thought out. I like it a lot so far. Edit - Apparently there are few OVAs out. A third one is determined to release in 2015.

Ah man those BD disks look dull but the art box looks cool. I wonder what's inside those BD boxes, besides the disks.

Official 2014 Rock-Around-the-Clock Moderator Appreciation Day Thread
Tatsujin replied to Tay's topic in Members' Lounge
Yeah the mods are easy to talk to here. Some other forums they seem to either hold power and execute it wrongly or/and they would get pissed when something wrong goes off, even if there's an argument or the wrong thread posted, they have those special powers in order to take care of such things, not get pissed and say "you're wasting my time." In another sense it is thanks to them that things are going as good as possible so yes the time that they put in is OBVIOUSLY free of payrolls which anyone can argue ... but please stay nice to us! With that been said, love to all the mods and much of all the lolis that under Steve's bedroom to all of you! -throws Steve's hidden stashes and breaks all the locks and loli girls go sparkling all over the place- FREE LOLIS TO ALL THE MODS!!!!! I'm also going to contribute this: http://ah.fm/premium/ 24/7 non-stop trance/house/electric music, no commercials, tons of new albums and amazing beats. Just listen to this station for at least few hours and you'll see the very wide variety of music they hold. You can play this stuff straight from Foobar2000 or other music players. WUT MANGA!
