Really it all depends if the development leading up to the H scene feels natural. If the protagonist/heroine just wants to fuck out of the blue then it just bothers me a bit. in the end it's all fapping fodder so I don't care most of the time

In recent memory the only route(s) I truly hated were the ones in A Profile. It's the only VN I ever dropped.

I have in the past but not anymore. The longest I spent on one sitting was something like starting from 9am to around 2-3 am. Boy was I a wreck of emotions after that marathon.

Recently if I watch an anime I end up being not really interested in I start a CinemaSins sin counter in my head. It's actually kinda fun watching it that way for me. But if it's something that is just incredibly boring (looking at you Shukufuku no Campanella),not worth it, and/or just incredibly long I end up dropping it. Though the fact that my dropped list doesn't even pass 10 anime is testament to how rare I drop something.

I completely understand that feeling. Too many times have I gotten to the end of a vn and wish they had gone a bit more just to show how they lived the rest of their lives.I can understand why they do it, but I a lot of the time I end up thinking to myself 'is that it'? But at the end of the day I always enjoy the ride the story has me going on so I just let it pass.

I can't remember the last time I payed attention to any AAA game news. I've just lost interest in what the marketing departments try to shove in my face and just care for what people think about said game a few weeks after release. Unless it's a game I know my group of friends will buy I probably won't give it a glance until after release. (Too busy watching anime/reading/playing vns to care about games much these days anyways lol)

The only VNs that come to mind are Koihime Musou and Koiken Otome.

For something light hearted I'd go for Edelweiss, it has a terrible start but it's alright past that. But I'd recommend going for Deardrops, it's just too good to pass up and it has it's funny moments.

From the ones you listed Grisaia no Kajitsu is definitely the most interesting one in my opinion.

Just finished a 4 hour session of One Way Heroics.

I'm not sure if I did the killing blow every time, I usually did something else while the demons did the fighting. I'll try to do the killing blow from now on if I find Cass/Ayaka.

Is Cass and Ayaka's 2nd event timed? I've beaten Cass more than 2 times already with no other event being triggered. As for Ayaka I'm not sure how many times I defeated her party but I know it's at least 2 times so i'll just have to find her again. Also any tips for finding both of them easier than just aimlessly wondering around looking for yellow mobs?

From what I've seen on other site's announcements, even if you have what you wanted to say plastered all over the site people will still ask.

I'd love to play the sequel but I can't read Japanese in the slightest.

Right now the only console I own is a 360, but my pc is a bit on the higher end. I can at least run any modern game at a minimum of 60 fps on ultra graphics. (can't say the same for my laptop) As for emulators I have little to no experience with them, the only time I've ever touched an emulator was to play Love Plus and that took me a while to put together.

It really depends if I can immerse myself enough to think of it as an anime playing in my head or if the voices aren't annoying. If someone has a voice I can't stand then they get skipped through after reading the text.
