I play JP version since I want to forget the trollz I did with my ENG account. Also, my tablet can't handle 2 Love live's with its limited space. (I love medley's since I can maximize my energy unlike Score match and Grindfest Tokens. Spend 60 energy (EX 3 songs) > Close App > Play whenever I have time > Play twice) Also at least it's Kotori, I don't want another Free UR Maki in my deck. Maki is a good chara but I need more for my Pure team, since Kotori is mostly aligned to Pure.

Which Untranslated VNs Do You Wanna Go Through?
Sparkker replied to LinovaA's topic in Visual Novel Talk
Well, I don't know. It's just that those are the VN companies with quality that I know, add some or remove some(Moonstone). I try to play game from any companies as long as it doesn't have RPG gameplay and they seem like a fun skim, not read I'm not that good to consider myself reading the text. -
How long did you study JP before you're good?
Sparkker replied to Sparkker's topic in General Discussion
Yes, "C" don't need to be spelt different for people to know the difference. However, it's a different way of writing from our own. You just can't say that words like Kami(God), kami(Hair) and kami(Paper) don't need to be spelt differently so that people would know the difference. 2nd, they never have to specify because the context is implied. If there were no Kanji, it would mean that you can't go in specific details without someone misinterpreting your words in one way or another. Take for example I wrote the word, "Kami no Ki" in hiragana. You could interpret is as God's energy but what if others thought different. It's not like you can 100% say that what he implied there is God, even if he says Kami-sama. It's not like Kami only means God nor does Ki only mean Energy/Spirit. Lastly, distinct seperation. While our writing system include spaces to distinguish one word from the other, Japanese doesn't have it and it means everything is clustered together. Will you want to guess which part of the sentence is a particle? What are the chances you can understand every sentence without misreading one of them as they are all clusetered together? (I don't want to argue my opinion anymore... I give up. This is the best of my opinion.) -
Which Untranslated VNs Do You Wanna Go Through?

Mostly, I try for Yuzusoft, Favorite, and other comps that I like.(Moonstone) Currently, Astral air. -
I gave up when I had too many things to juggle. Finishing daily quests is a pain in the ass even just the basic Daily Sortie 1-3. At least I had a moderate fleet before I gave up. (Lottery is time consuming XD)

How long did you study JP before you're good?

It's more of me happily reading the JP text in my mind then boom! How do I read this thing... Kanji was invented due to the fact many JP words sound the same. If you say kami, you'll have like 3 or more meanings and that will cause some confusion or miscommunication. -
I'm here to start a game for you guys. The rules are simple. Guess the songs. No Rewards or initiative just when you feel like it. I will put song lyrics, in romaji, here with no titles. Guess the title and the game it came from. I have very limited knowledge of VN songs and all songs I'll put are from TL'ed VN's. Probably everyone can guess this within 10 mins or so. It's 1 to 10. Ranging from Giveaway to Hard and one Extreme, very easy, song. 1. Easy 2. Normal 3. Normal/Hard 4. Hard 5. Giveaway 6. Hard 7. Normal 8. Normal 9. Normal 10. Extreme Answers.. You can find out for yourself. ()

When you MTL, ppl mostly agree to the fact it's GG TL for a reason though, it's never a good choice to do so. TL'ing is usually better when a person directly translates it as he/she understands what's happening in the story, the mood, the seriousness and other trivial stuff, like the usage of Nanodesu in the end of sentences. Personal style is usually there depending on how the translator understands it.

Confession: I really abused the gaming threads before! It was so fun.

I really don't like token events... It's just excessive grinding for me..

How long did you study JP before you're good?

Well, I really didn't mean in a way like that. Add Kanji 1 then Add Kanji 2, then you have your compound. It's more of actually reading the whole thing in JP, like knowing the fact that the Example kanji is read as Nippon/Nihon. I just don't know the mechanics of combining this things. Is there preset way to do so using the Onyomi and Kunyomi or just plain memorization? Since, I can't be satisfied with just knowing the Kanji, its meaning, and Kanji A + B's meaning but really be able to add up the 2 to say it as a whole word. BUT I'm SO LAZY TO LEARN IT PROPERLY... BEGGARS CAN'T BE CHOOSERS! I tried doing it before learning Grade 1 Kanji to last but I died at 80+ since I got lazy. RTK forces me to hell since The Aniki deck is something I can manipulate and troll with tons of my self done mistakes just to resee the Kanji and possible readings. For VN, I really never liked using any assistance so I read it as it is and if don't understand the sentence then I don't. That's my lazy life. Well, Slow start is technically Impossible if you have set your Aniki to 20 Kanji a day.. If the whole Kit of it is 2200 then 2200/20 is around 110 days which equals to 4 months or so, Tip the 2 months for probably mastering them Kanji. -
It's because of the spell.. The meaning of it in English, according to Google TL.

Kimi o Miteru to Itsumo Haato Doki-Doki. Yureru Omoi ga Mashomaaro mitai ni Fuwan-Fuwan,.. Itsumo Ganbaru.. -
Meh, I'm lazily studying Japanese that's why the thing I should have learned 1-2 year/s ago is still ongoing. (And yes this is a fact) My goal is to probably finish this thing by Mid 2015 if I don't get Lazy. Doing Hell mode in Aniki Anki, Android app, 20 kanji per day started Dec. Not Really a good app for anyone unless you feel masochistic or has good dedication. Not recommended for anyone SERIOUSLY. Learning Grammar slowly, it's a work in progress. Writing, someday under a blue moon. (I don't know where can I learn to compound Kanji or is it just memorizization thing as well.) I just want to see/know what other people's progress are in this language. Was JP a hard thing for you or what? Tell your experience below if you like to.

I'm not good at JP but for me It lacks on looking on the bigger picture ... For example, the part when you TL'ed as, "Y: That's why no matter how much you have grown, no matter how much you have matrued, ‹C‚¯‚é‚ñ(I noticed them all.?) Y: To YukiYuki, it's because Ri-kun is Ri-kun that I understand you." It will sound better as. Y: No matter how much you have grown, no matter how much you have matured, I have noticed them all. Y: It's because I'm YukiYuki, and it's because you are you, that's why I know this. And... While Machine TL'ing.. You should really look at the comma's at the sentences. Sometimes, it loses it's meaning because of that. Ex: "ゆきゆきは、ずっとおなじだよ。昔と同じで、ずっと変わらないんだよ。" TL: Yukiyuki has always been the same. The same as I was in the past. Never changing. My (sucky?) TL: Yukiyuki is still the same as always. The same like before, you have never changed. All other real ppl who can read should give their opinions.. not the ambitious one(me).

Well, in our place, I think DFG is still up... Haven't played for a while.. Although, I hope they make DFG Veigar's trinket..

Shugo Chara is what I'll technically consider the 1st anime I've watched.. Since I really didn't consider anything as anime before that even though they are..

So I'll add Fuwan... Edit: Dr. Kleiner... Can you PM/reply/etc me the link of the Story where the Emoticon(?) came from again? -
The gold I spent on Medley Fests(JP version) is so high. I barely have any gold now.. I'm so broke... It switches from 2d to 3d and vice-versa.. That's the reason why...
