~_~ Well, I'm currently unemployed, so I might try the teaching part, but how do you exactly see this in practice? I did pass that N2 thing. Oh, and explaining a VN text line--by-line will probably be extremely boring and you can lose track of the story in the meantime. You can't immerse yourself like that.
