Well, after some research on the subject, it turns out that there is a way, without changing your locale. It's "HF pAppLoc1.1.2", by hongfire, and it works just fine.

Actually, I have a legal copy (came out with the laptop). So last time I tried, it freezed on the windows logo, while booting.

To me, Majikoi's charm is in the entire cast, even the minor characters. In most VN, all we see is a protagonist and a bunch of chicks that he'll do or not. In Majikoi, however, the hero is not a single guy, it's an entire group, and even the minor characters have an important role in some point.

Well yeah, the anime was not a harem exactly, but it gave a preview of it. Would you imagine the 5 girls being docile to Yamato's orders, without competing on being his favorite one.

Harems are quite nice at the begining, but it might turn ugly. And in Majikoi, pretty bloody (we had a preview in the anime).

Hum, I've been wondering. What do you think is the "true" route, or the "canon" route. I've only played the "regular" Majikoi, and I had the feeling that it was the Agave route...

The main reason why I hated the anime, is that they ruined the girls, transforming them from badass fighters to some silly fangirls...

I will agree with anyone saying that the anime was aweful, compared with the VN. It was a "forced" harem, and the side charachters were almost nowhere to be found, unlike the game. The only good point in my opinion was that the voice actors were the same as the VN...
