VNDB overall in my opinion, but I know a lot of people have first gotten into Visual Novels by coming across them on Steam so I think that's a pretty great one as well. And of course, YouTube; I come across quite a few of the VNs I've played on there through gameplay videos. I usually watch a little bit and see if it looks good, and if it does then I'll buy it myself.

Playing Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 1 at the moment! I'm also casually playing Skyrim (as always) while I try to get up the motivation / desire to play some of the games in my recent Humble Bundle purchases, and patiently (okay, maybe not so patiently) awaiting the release of Persona 5.

I'm watching a couple of the anime from the 2015 Summer lineup! Chaos Dragon, Gate, Rokka no Yuusha, Overlord, and Charlotte. They're all pretty great so far, but Overlord is the best one in my opinion. I absolutely love it and I wish the episodes came out quicker, lol. Possibly the best anime of this season, imo. I'm also finishing up watching Shiki in between releases of episodes in those anime.

Honestly, I only tried this once, with Heart no Kuni no Alice... And I couldn't get past the introduction scene. It was just too difficult to understand, sadly. I guess there's an English app version of it out now, but after reading the prologue the translation was almost as bad as the auto-translation I got from trying to use a translation machine to play the original release. Some fans were doing a translation patch but they haven't put out any updates since 2013. Very unfortunate.

Hey there AlphaForce! I'm new here too, but welcome! I'd say my favorite VN is Higurashi (though that's considered a sound novel rather than a VN, but I think it can be both). I'm playing School Days right now and really enjoying it!

I am definitely interested in playing this game when it comes out. I am always happy to get into a yuri story that is actually catered towards women, rather than being just full of fanservice to attract male players. Not that fanservice is bad (I love me some fanservice, I'll admit), but a more serious story is nice to see once in a while. Thanks for sharing this game's information, I'll be keeping an eye out for it!

Well... When you said "MILF" the first thing that popped into my head was Jessie Maye's route from HuniePop. Its a game developed in America with English voices though which I know is NOT everyone's cup of tea, and to be honest the game is a little... uh... over the top, lol. Plus its a mix of Visual Novel presentation & puzzle game, so there's that, too. I dunno, I enjoyed it though.

I got the JASTUSA Visual Novel bundle from Groupees yesterday. I'm playing School Days right now, which I think is going to keep me occupied for a good amount of time.
