I'm pretty picky about the art style of VN's as well so don't worry about it. Some of my favorites- -Hoshizora no Memoria -Kono Oozora ni, Tsubasa wo Hirogete (aka. Konosora) -Wind -A Breath of Heart- -Da Capo 1 & 2 (1 has a great story but you can tell it's a little older by the art. 2 is my favorite. Great story and art) - I know you said you didn't like Clannad but I would recommend Little Busters. It is my favorite VN and you may like the art better in it.

Yeah, every once in a while I will get a little burnt out on anime and Vn's so I will play one of my other games for a week or so. But in the end, the road always leads to the VN's. You don't hear me complaining though.

I'm not into manga all that much but I do like One Piece and Rosario + Vampire. I was really excited when I found out that the manga was so different than the anime. Don't get me wrong, the anime was alright but it is no match for the manga.

Mine would be Little Busters Refrain. First time that a VN had made shed a tear(More than I will ever admit to). For actual character route I would have to go with Kud from Little Busters. I even got a little chocked up at the end of that too. I mostly love Little Busters all around. This kinda made me seem like a crybaby.

Here is mine. It's pretty cluttered though. Might consider organizing it someday.

I'm kinda juggling between three VN's at the moment. I have started Tomoyo After Story but haven't gotten very far yet. I'm pretty close to finishing Deardrops, about a route and a half left to do. Then there is Kamidori. That one is taking quite a while. I usually play it for a couple hours every other week or so. It just gets kinda hard to marathon it like I do with others since it gets so repetitive after a while.

Mine to actually. I can't wait for the third one to be translated.

You also need to have her at a certain level before the quest comes up. I can't remember off the top of my head but it's somewhere between 20 and 30. This applies to pretty much all party members as well for getting their quests.

That's a bit of a tough question. I say I can divide this into two lists. The first list would be current gen games, xbox 360, ps3, wii, that gen. The other would be past gen games, like xbox, ps2 gameboy and anything before that. Setsuna from Hoshizora no Memoria definitely had enough there to have her own route. She had an interesting and mysterious background and even a subtle interest in You. I was also very disappointed when I started looking for triggers for both Hotaru and Kanako in Kono Oozora ni and found out that they ha not route at all. Although they both get better involved in the Flight Diary, I won't be able to play it unless it gets translated seeing as I can't read Japanese.

I would like to see a Kono Oozora ni anime with either Amane or Kotori's route, preferably Amane's. Rewrite would also be an interesting anime to see but maybe a little difficult seeing as most of the routes tie into each other to a certain degree. If they did, I would like either Lucia's route or the Moon and Terra routes.

I just started to pick back up on Skyrim after about half a year away from it. I want to buy the Assassin's Creed set when I get the money.

Nayleen answered the question about the screen already. Thank you both for the great input to this. Although the NVL style text and bittersweet endings are a bit of a turn off for me, I still think this will be an awesome VN. Do you know of a place where I can download it from?

That sounds really awesome. A couple more questions first though. Is the text over the images or is it like most VN's where it is in a box at the bottom of the screen? Also, the ending, without giving away anything, does it leave you with a good feeling or a feeling of despair? Or would that just give it away?

Realy, well I might have to give G-Senjou another shot. I have heard great thongs about the Fate Series but I really don't know a whole lot about it. Could you give be a bit of an idea of what the story is about, and also things like charcter personality.

I am considering playing Cross Channel but I'm not sure yet. But I have played G-Senjou before. I only got through the first part of it before I sent my computer in for repairs and there was a problem and my hard drive was wiped clean and I haven't had a chance to download it again. The thing is the protag kinda pissed me off with his attitude towards people. i don't know what it is but I'm not a big fan of protags who are assholes.

I guess I'll just do a basic introduction. I have been looking around the forum for a little while now. I joined last night to ask about an editing project and decided to stick around for awhile. I have been on a few other forums in the past, i was most active on the JustDubs forums a year or so back. I have been a fan of anime for two or three years now. I started with watching english dubbed anime on netflix then finally went to subbed anime on streaming sites. Now I usually download any anime that I watch. I can't remember when I started to play VN's but I'm glad I did. I also read manga a little, mostly One Piece and Rosario + Vampire. I guess I'll also list my top five favorite anime and Vn's. Hello, I have an interest in editing Hatsuyuki Sakura. English is my native language, but I have never participated in editing nor do I have any knowledge about what is required to be an editor. If you could fill me in on what it would require, I'm sure I will be able to spend anywhere between 2 to 4 hours a day working on this project.
