Maybe it's not a good idea to see every girl as a "route" or "heroine" at all. In a VN, there are girls that don't have a route while you may like them even more than the others. Or the protagonist may have a crush that he never even gets, which may or may not be considered a route. Either way that route would have to be "bad", or perhaps "tragic" or even a "good" ending but he still doesn't get her, or not be a route at all but lead to some other route instead. The way you could see it is that those girls you've been encountering until now have mostly been support characters, of which there never was an available route in the first place from your position as "the protagonist", but help lead you to the true route in the future. /VNterms XD

I made use of the coupon as well and got these two. If it wasn't for the free shipping it would've been so expensive. >_>

I initially keep my stuff organized, then it gets more messy until I finally decide to reorganize once in I don't know how long, but a long time. XD Another unsightly thing about my desk is that I rarely get rid of all the dust or cat hair flying around the place, and for some reason the photos of myself as a kid that have been hanging there before I even lived with my parents are still hanging there even now lol. Parts of my mouse have been decolorized because of overuse and the oppai mousepad also needs to be washed from all that wrist sweat. >_> I usually have breakfast on my desk, sometimes lunch, and rarely dinner. It doesn't get any prettier from the food stains. XD

It appears that almost everyone on these forums are pedophiles that need to be locked up and killed for the safety of our children. No excuses! XD

Kagaku Adventure (ChäoS;HEAd, Steins;Gate, Robotics;Notes)
俊 (Jun) replied to Finjas's topic in Visual Novel Talk
But but.. you're always super special, that's why you are here with me! :'D ED song aside XD, I watched the anime first, and actually got introduced to VNs through the anime, along with School Days some 4 years ago or something. While the anime was pretty bad, especially if you compare it to the VN, it did really hit an "interest/emotional spot" in me. The reason being because I felt like I could really relate to the unconventional crazy kind of characters and the story was based on that craziness, since I was quite delusional myself lol. Daydreaming was (Still is sort of maybe w) my daily pastime so I was usually "afk" from the real world. XD Chaos;Head was mostly only good for its first playthrough to me, when I played it for the second time years later it was just ok. I did mess around a little bit though with the choices by reloading to a slightly earlier part and got 2 endings that way, never got to see the "B ending" as they call it. As for Steins;Gate, I watched anime first and then played the VN. I only finished one route without using a walkthrough, so it seems like I'd have to start all over again if I want to complete another route since the choices aren't really that straightforward. (Or you also have the option to ignore the choices) Great anime/game btw. Robotics;Notes.. not sure about that one, it looks rather generic to me. I might give it a chance sometime later. Say did anyone ever play Chaos;Head rabu chu chu or whatever that was called? ww -
Waaa so high lvl. ww I started playing during beta (lvl 20) cap and after the official launch, kind of on and off though since it is not exactly a game you'd want to play all alone and the people I knew who were playing kind of quit.. So you bought AC? I don't really see much of a need for AC personally.. though I could use some more storage space since it's full of items with abilities/elements on them in case I want to transfer some of those "abilities" to other items. I would also from time to time check the npc shops to see if there are any items with useful abilities I could buy. Ship 2 appears to be full of gaijin lol. (Particularly block 20)

6 months ago huh? and those are rather high lvl. I'll see if I need any help sometime then and will add you anyway and email you if necessary. ^^ Oh and good luck on the Da Capo III project.

I was wondering if anyone here plays PSO2 and would like to play together as well! For those who don't know what PSO2 is but still went to take a look into this topic, PSO2 stands for Phantasy Star Online 2. I heard people say it's kind of like Monster Hunter if that helps.. If you're interested in playing, you could sign up for a sega account and then apply for the game in order to be able to login here: http://pso2.jp/ Note that the game is all in Japanese, though I think an English patch is available somewhere for the game. I have 3 characters on 3 different ships: 2, 4 and 10. Ship 2 character name: ロリジュンコ Lvl 5 ranger Ship 4 character name: 闇子 Lvl 10 ranger Ship 10: character name: 純子 Lvl 24 ranger / lvl ?(forgot) hunter Please post here and we can add each other to play around a bit! :P/> (Note that you can't have a new second character on a different ship unless you pay for it or make a new account, basically I have 3 accounts lolololol) 2 wikis I use to help get around a little bit more: http://pso2.swiki.jp/index.php http://wikiwiki.asia/pso2/

Lol thx for the welcome Tay. I'm not familiar with that reference though; keep up the good work as an Admin!

どんまいどんまい!You were never obligated to reply but I do appreciate it. >w< I saw your introduction post too and think you look very SUGOI. (With the uniform and all those medals, and the robot leg is really something to behold )

Thanks for the welcomes! \o/ So I did mention one of my hobbies is singing.. I just uploaded a new cover of a Vocaloid song. w

Your own views of your profile don't affects the view count from what I know. Also double post you derp. w

Not exactly new indeed. w Art-wise I would recommend the first Bishoujo Mangekyou game for your nukige joys. It's probably the easiest to read eroge in Japanese I've ever read, but it still does the job, even better than other ones I've played. As for the second one.. I haven't played that yet. Comedy-wise I'll have to trick you into playing Manyokko Minorin or Oto Love for "pure hilarity". XD Oh mai gah! 400 profile views with 25 posts so sugoi.. >w<

Before I start, (not so) sorry about the misleading title because that's actually a very manly tee-hee. GUUTO DEI! or well.. it's actually nighttime here. My name is 俊 (Jun) or I am also known as "EroJun" or else "EroJunko" around various places, including Twitter: https://twitter.com/EroJunko It was probably one of my more talkative days when I suddenly took an interest into Aaeruねえちゃん's renewed forums for Fuwanovel. If I recall correctly, this was pretty close to Fuwanovel's transition from beta to now. (Like, the updates were running hot yo) I've started playing VNs about 4 - 5 years ago, including 18+ ones not too long after I played my first VN: Chaos;Head. (Kids these days) My favorite kind of VNs are something along the lines of VNs like G-senjou no maou, Kara no Shoujo, Kikokugai, Saya no Uta, Steins;Gate. Of all those VNs it would probably be Kara no Shoujo that really hit the spot since it's the only game with a decent length that I fully cleared without really taking long breaks. (Though I suffered brain damage after finishing it, if you know what I mean lol) I've also played VNs, to name a few such as Sengoku Rance, Sharin no Kuni, Osananajimi wa Daitouryou, School Days HQ, Kamidori Alchemy Meister, Eien no Aselia, Little Busters! There have also been times when I play eroge (Oh I said eroge instead of VNs this time.. I'm really used to saying eroge instead) in Japanese, which are usually nukige since those are generally easier to read. In this thread I posted some pictures and links to some goodies I bought for my hobbies, and a short video of my cats :D/> Hobbies among playing VNs also includes watching anime, reading manga, playing games other than VNs, rambling like this and singing. (especially vocaloid songs) I'll be looking forward to reading and participating in more forum topics in the near future!

I don't want to get completely off topic so luckily I found a picture I apparently missed and didn't include into my post before: http://twitpic.com/593kfz Noble Works (OST) Secret Game Code:Revise (OST) Grisaia no Kajitsu (OST, sofmap tokuten) Shameless review from 1.5 years ago (blog is dead, I do not recommend reading most other posts at all ww): http://nopanrevolution.wordpress.com/2011/06/16/04-a-closer-look-at-grisaia-no-kajitsu-sofmap-limited-edition/ As for the cats.. the fat one is a persian cat, and the small one is a chinchilla persian cat. The small one you see on the pictures on my twitpic has been replaced with another one because of bad behavior though.. here's a short video:

I don't think romance is something fundamental in a VN. What I do think is fundamental to making a good VN (for me anyway) is strong relations. Whether the protagonist gets into a relationship or not, the attachment to certain characters, things or matters makes it possible for the player to still feel the "heat" depending on certain developments and how well those developments were executed. This can for example be a close friend, osananajimi, villain, refrigerator (lol), death notepad (double lol) or imaginary friend. (derp) Some of these examples may be a bit extreme if you think about what kind of "strong relation" it could be, but they're just examples and VNs can.. be quite extreme yea. XD Rin ending up with Kyousuke > Kyousuke is not my friend anymore. ww

I only went through one playthrough (of Yuera's route), but Yuera was with no doubt the best in terms of gameplay. She can practically beat up anything in her way. As for favorite characters.. I can't really say that there was much to like about the characters' tbh; the story felt quite weak, but still enjoyable. If I had to name a few though it would be Yuera (Because she took the stage since it was her route of course), Crayl and Crayanne (They're funny), Sharty (Also funny), Elizasleyn (Sexy), Ragsmuena (Cool) and lastly Hannah (Exceptionally gentle personality), of which I actually haven't seen much of yet since I never went far in my second playthrough.

If 18+ content is allowed or if there's at least an 18+ section on there.. you could stream certain nukige so we can all laugh at and ridicule the over the top ideas implemented in the writing. ww
-
But it's the hilarious kind of rape protagonist! XD (It's more supposed to be comedic instead of dark in this case)
-
I spent mine all alone home while sneezing hiding from the kids continuously ringing and bashing the door because we don't have candy DX. I think Halloween is more popular with the kids here for the most part. w (in the Netherlands) Most of the photos I've seen of people dressing up came from USA/Canada.

Since you mentioned Koihime Musou as your second, you might want to check out Sengoku Rance; great turn-based gameplay and plenty of heroines. The replay value is extremely high with the way they made the game progress: high caution of time sink.
