What is Kitsune Magic Shop
Play as Niyama , A young, naive, but highly confident Kitsune (Mythical Fox) girl. Her natural talents and kind nature always gets her into the thick of people's business. After being ostracized from their home in the city the two girls move into country to set up a small idealistic magic shop. Niyama's sister Nizume is highly confident and has a plan for the both of them, a plan that is buried in the pages of a mysterious magic book.
Featuring light romantic themes the game will take Niyama to meet three interesting individuals around the town who hold Kitamora, the small village nestled in a valley, very close to their hearts. Her reactions to them will shape a relationship or destroy it through multiple story routes and a wide range of dialogue choices.
A unique take on the visual novel genre
When we first talked about development of a visual novel, originally we were gonna go for a tradition one,2D artwork and a somewhat linear story with the occasion choice to push you into a character route. After further discussion we decided that 3D would give us the ability to make background environments breath and get rid of boring static environments. As we continued we also went with 3D character models and implemented features such as mouth movement,changes in facial expression, emoji's,etc. The number 1 goal is to bring the characters and environments to life.

Run your magic shop and craft potions from ingredients found in Kitamora.
Standard VN Save/Load System, and log system.
Language support out of the box. (We created our system from the ground up using unity3D. Dialogue uses XML so language conversion is very easy)
