I was fine with it, let me clarify why though. First, I was not too into Reina honestly. I was doing it to get to the Ria route. Second, I personally thought it was funny not to mention its the only scene with Jogasaki. Perhaps I watch too many anime romcoms but this feels very much to me like the writer was writing something similar to those.

After having played through the Ayame route, this game seems to be one of the more disappointing. Disappointing in the routes that we get, the two girls that really stood out to me eri and maya both do not get routes where the most annoying character in VNs Mahiru gets one. Did not mind the way it was set up with the events every day and the humor was both good and bad but just the route selection is terrible. The main character himself was a detracting factor during a lot of it too.

That makes a lot of sense, definitely have to agree hard pass on modern tsun while classic can be good.

Just finished Majikoi A1-A3 really enjoyed the side character routes better than some of the main characters. Starting Love Election and Chocolate now.

1. For localizations, I feel like they should be as close to the original as possible, I feel like even changing the small things will lead to bigger changes so should be kept as close as possible. 2. When I first started I got a bunch of the all ages versions of VNs on steam and then found out that they censored a lot of stuff and even messed up routes such as in If My Heart had Wings. Now, I do not buy from any company that censors for western audiences. Censor=No buy 3. I have not watched too many anime that I have played the VNs for so no real opinion here. 4. I have so far avoided VNs with any gameplay, to me that makes them not VNs. When I play a VN I want a story where I can just scroll and read. Edit: There have been a few anime that have VNs and generally they go with the route that sucks the most aka canvas 2 would never do the route they went with unless required to. 5. Can't really say I know which ones a highly rated other than a couple you mention which I have not read.

Then the modern tsundere is like that but is the violent type? aka hitting the guy/gal she likes because jealousy etc?

Yeah, those were the two that I was talking about and on VNDB it said they were classic tsunderes which I am still not too sure what exactly that means. Anyway thanks for the replies I will have to check it out.

So basically he groped them and they hit him? that is fine, it is more when the girls hit a guy for no real reason aka jealousy, not giving attention, things like that.

hey all, considering getting hello lady but when I looked at it on vndb it said that the 2 of the characters that appealed to me visually were classic tsunderes. Generally I avoid Tsunderes completely as I have developed an aversion to the ones in anime. My question, is this so called classic tsundere the violent kind we see often in anime that just hits the main character for the most stupid of reasons? Or just the one that hides their feelings? The only visual novel I can think of where it has the tsundere I avoid is princess evangile where rise and chiho randomly start hitting the character out of jealousy, a total no go for doing their routes.
