Mahou Shoujo means Magical Girl. I would be interested in learning some VN lingo. I am still kinda new to VNs and I don't know all the lingo yet.

I enjoyed Madoka when I watched it earlier this year. I wish the movies were playing in a theater closer to where i lived but I suppose that is the drawbacks of living in a small town.

I wish playing MMOs all night long did qualify as a date.

I have been wanting to get a 3DS XL to play the Ace Attorney games as well as the other VNs that are on the DS as well.

What is that from? I have never seen a VN that broke the fourth wall before.

I know how that feels. I have both Rheumatoid Arthritis and Osteoarthritis in both my knees, feet, ankles, three fingers, and my right elbow so I know how it feels to be in pain. I think that is why i like Katawa Shoujo so much because the developers actually wrote about characters with disabilities really well.

I was just wondering does anyone know of any Visual Novels where the protagonist is already in a relationship/married? I have been wanting to play one for awhile but I don't know of any.

Currently I am watching Pani Poni Dash and K-ON. Pani Poni Dash is pretty funny. One of Shafts earlier animes from 2006 I believe. I am only on episode 8 so far but I am really liking it. K-ON is another good anime. It can get way too sweet at times. That isn't a bad thing.

That is to bad they stopped doing it. What was the reason?

I must admit I like being an overpowered person raining down death and destruction. I seen a video by Total Biscuit and he said a lot of good things about the game. Now I am just waiting for it to unlock at midnight.

I know. $60.00 is just a ludicrous price for a game. If VNs can get a good foothold in the west. More so than they have now and the right companies license them and dub them than I believe that they could sell well. At a reasonable price of course. I like supporting the companies that give me a good product and treat their customers right like CD Projekt Red.

I have seen the really high prices but I just feel $58.00 is a bit much. kinda like how I feel $60.00 for a new game is a bit much especially on Steam. That is a digital vs physical sale and that is a different argument altogether. I suppose it depends on the site though. Right-Stuf tends to just charge $30.00 for the VNs they have in stock so I buy many from them.

I just wanted to ask if anyone here has been to an anime convention(s) and what they liked/disliked about it, what your most memorable panel/buy is, and if you met any voice actors there. I have gone to Ohayocon 3 times (fourth time this coming up January) and it is a pretty good size anime convention. I go with a group of friends every year. What I like about it is that it is one of the rare times I get to see my friends, I get to buy a boatload of anime, the panels are great, and the amount of vendors there are. The only real thing I dislike about it is that with such a big group of people I am bound to run into one or two bad apples and I don't like how I can burn through $1,000.00 in the span on three days. My most memorable buy was an Evangelion Unit 01 figurine. Sadly, i have not met any voice actors. Now that I am a fan of VNs I plan on purchasing a few while there.

$58.00 seems like a lot of money for a VN. That pry covers licensing, shipping, and physical copy fees but still. $30.00 seems like a much more reasonable price. If a VN I want is licensed and translated I will purchase it. I do like to support the official release. But by sharing VNs it opens more people up to experiencing them and getting more VNs licensed. I would love to see Funimation and Sentai license VNs and have professional English Voice Actors do the voices for the characters.

There is a PC release. I have it pre-loaded on Steam and I am just waiting for it to unlock. Just impatiently waiting for October 9th. I have heard some people say they are worried the main character will be overpowered from the start. Would you say the character was overpowered in the demo? I like that there are different powers the player can use for any given situation.

I just wanted to ask if anyone else has played My Girlfriend Is The President. It is pretty funny. It has a lot of American references which makes sense considering the title of it.
