so looking forward to this and there's another this season about a woman who's husband is a otaku and how she deals with it. looks fun.

rwby is made i believe in canada or the usa by a company called rooster teeth. the idea was never to make an anime it was to make a animation in the west that would appeal to anime fans. i believe rooster teeth has branched out in to game development recently or announced plans to do so. the point is the animation started by just a few guys and took off. so the concept of can a western based group make a show that appeals to anime fans was pretty well done considering all over the net you will find threads like this of people asking if its anime or not since a lot of people, even anime fans have trouble telling the difference. and no i haven't watched anything other then the previews and proof of concept videos rooster teeth put out before season 1 aired.

i went with branding and scarification instead of tats. one is a ex's name permanently on my inner left thigh, the word evil carved in my left forearm, and a few that have no artistic merit were just for kicks

well the one im looking forward to most is actually a comic but he got his own game so i guess it counts. dead pool! not only is he getting his own movie but it seems he will also have a part in the x-men apocalypse movie as well.

my time zone is GMT -5 so we should set it around our schedules i cant play till after 9 pm most times due to taking care of my son during his waking hours. sometimes i can slip in a few rounds while he naps though.

in the late 70's to early ninetys fanservice was many various things including the ecchi aspects. crossovers (such as having a character in cosplay as another well known character), extra attention to transformations,fight scenes and special effects, running gags sometimes from other popular titles, and other various ways to give a lil extra bonus to fans who watch the show. this was at one time not so much a problem but of course you had some titles that over did it even then (im looking at you sailor moon with multiple transformations a episode, or you robotech with your detailed artistic space and mech shots happening every few mins in some eps). but somewhere along the line they realized that the ecchi fanservice drew in larger audiences and that equals more sales of copy's of the show and character goods. hell even this was fine at first a few extra panty shots here and there could easily be added with out to much taken away from the show. but like anything else if it sells more units they will take it the next step and after a short time you end up with a title that has no reason having these forms of ecchi fanservice shoehorned in simply to increase sales and when over done it takes attention away from the core of the title. some people will blame the industry , the directors and writers and production teams and to a degree this is not entirely incorrect but the lions share of the blame goes to us the fans, if we didn't support this decision with our wallets,ratings,and requests for more of the same it would just be a fad that had died out by now.

well i tried league of legends and dota2 and was pretty sucky at them and couldn't get in to them for one reason or another and still wanted to learn to play moba's so i downloaded smite and have been playing the last few days. its been alot of fun and now im looking to get in touch with any other players here on fuwa to play with while i learn the ins and outs of playing a moba. if you play smite and want to add me my name is the same there as it is most other places otakukrill. hopefully ill get to play with some of you soon.

i pretty much just marathon, though maybe 3 or four times a year ill follow a series if its a sequel or spin off of a series i have seen and am really excited for

i loved this series it was pure win, the quirky characters, the use of the apartment decoration to change the scenery with out ever leaving the same room for more then a few scenes. the dynamics between the 3 main characters four if you count her friend from work who showed occasionally was amazing. and that they brought the series to a natural and satisfying end with out it feeling forced was delightful. i cant recommend this manga enough.

i have 2 eps of weekly girls nozuki kun then imma marathon love live season one and two

because ppl who don't want to actively participate are still checking to see if news of a green light to either sequels has been announced yet
