Hello, I just had an excellent experience with Southwest Airlines SJC Terminal. This airport facilitated travel. For starters, parking was quite convenient, and getting to the terminal was short. Within, the Southwest area felt clean, tidy, and uncomplicated. Check-in took less than five minutes thanks to helpful kiosk staff. I even got to grab a pastry and a shot of espresso at the coffee stand on my way through security—which was surprisingly speedy. The boarding gates had plenty of seats, and I especially loved the natural light and big windows. It all just felt. peaceful. Even surrounded by families and businessmen everywhere, it didn't feel busy. The Southwest employees were nice and efficient, particularly at the gate. It’s definitely one of the better airport terminals I’ve flown out of recently.
