For the Templars you have to beat them 10 times to get each scene. It may be the same with all the characters. There is also a special scene with the Ninja, IDK how to unlock it though.

I'm going through the game at a moderate pace.. loving the characters, hitting the first meaningful choice and I'm thinking "I'm going to do Ruriko's route first" come to find out she doesn't have one. ?!?!?!?!?!?!? That doesn't even make any sense, I thought the four main characters were the white lily members... this makes no sense did i mention that this makes no sense
